¡¡¡Estamos muy emocionados!!! Acabamos de comprar este bungalow de playa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños dentro del deseable Oceanside Village. Hemos tenido 2015 Bittern (Home Away # 7293397) durante tres años (COMPRUEBE NUESTRAS OPINIONES DE 5 ESTRELLAS). Acabamos de comprar 1963 Bittern Drive (a cuatro casas de distancia). Es una casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con un gran porche proyectado con vistas al parque y la piscina cubierta. El cercano parque para perros, la piscina al aire libre y la playa privada están a solo unos segundos caminando o con el carrito de golf incluido. Estamos haciendo renovaciones en el interior de la casa y la tendremos lista para alquilar antes del 1 de marzo de 2020. Estamos aceptando reservas ahora y actualizaremos las fotos a medida que se completen las renovaciones.

Great Stay

Great convenient location

Great location, we loved the screened porch and side deck. Great location, across from the park for pets. The included golf cart is definitely a plus. We would definitely stay again.

Golf trip

A group of us came down for a brief golf trip. This is the perfect location with easy access to the beach and all neighborhood amenities. Communication with the owner was super easy. The house was very clean and perfect for a small group. We will look to stay again.

First time visitors

It was our first time visiting surfside beach, we had a great time. Kids loved riding around on the golf cart and we loved how easy it was to go back and forth from the beach. Brian was super responsive and helpful when we had any questions.

Awesome location!

This was pefect for our little family and two small dogs. The dog park is just across the street which was great. Golf cart was a huge bonus. Host was very responsive if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again.

Great location to amenities!

This was the perfect location for us to easily enjoy the amenities. The children’s park was right across the street as well as the dog park. The pool was just within 2 blocks, and beach access was super easy to get to. Property owner was very responsive to any concerns we had.

clean , felt like home , everyone we met very friendly , a wonderful place to enjoy . I am 75 and my sister came over one day ,she is 83 , but she wants to get her family together there . Looking forward to coming back .

Perfect

The house was in the perfect location to the beach, park and all the other amenities. We loved sitting out on the porch drinking coffee and enjoying the peaceful setting. The house is exactly as described. Beautiful, clean, well stocked. Brian was easy to talk to and very accommodating! We will definitely be back next year

So Relaxing

Great space with screened in porch overlooking the green area/ballfield/bark park. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach or take the golf cart. Oceanside Village feels super safe with security guard patrol at night. Delightful stay. Friendly neighborhood. Great space for your dog traveling companion.

Thanksgiving Trip

First of all Brian, the owner is awesome. Great communication and very courteous. I have rented from him the last two years. This house was very clean and to be pet friendly you wouldn't think pets were previously here. TV's, Wi-Fi, AC/Heat worked great and the beds were really decent. My wife and kids were very happy with this house. The location is great as well just across from the Park. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent rental

The home was nicely decorated and furniture and beds were very comfortable. Also very clean. Only recommendations would be we were advised Key card rental was $20 when in fact it is $30, which is inconvenient when you don’t typically carry cash. Also the breaks on the golf cart need replaced….

Paw-fect stay!

We really enjoyed our week here! The screened in front porch is the perfect spot and even the side deck is fenced with a gate to keep the pup safely in with no leash. We could see the dog park to know when all her new friends showed up. The golf cart included made getting to all the amenities so easy. We will be back! Thank you Brian !

Awesome Vacation Rental!

Absolutely loved this rental! Loved the renovations that the owner recently done. Very clean and location is so close to the beach! Love the screened in porch. Our dogs love to sit out there in the evenings and watch every golf cart go by. The golf cart was awesome! It was so lovely just to be able to drive right to the beach within a few minutes. Close to everything! Will definitely be back to stay again!
