I picked this location due to the hot tub and other items. We found out the hot tub was not working after my wife and I purchased new bathing suits and went to use it. It was empty and dirty. I reached out after I got home knowing there was no way to get it filled and treated during our stay. I received “very sorry” you should have let us know during the stay. I paid up for this rental for the hot tub, and purchased new bathing suits we couldn’t use. The apology should have been much better, I do not feel valued as a guest. I could have booked something less expensive had I known prior. No offer to help, just two short messages.
