This Condo is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing. My husband and I have been on many beach trips over the years and this is by far the cleanest Condo we have ever stayed in. The owners are super and literally answer any questions within minutes. We love this area and will definitely stay in this Condo again!! Great find!!

All the comforts of home

My wife and I had a great stay during the July 4 week. Other than the fireworks on the beach on the 4th (which was totally awesome!) the condo was amazingly quiet. Very clean with everything we needed. Randy & Donna were really quick in getting back with us about any questions. Looking forward to staying there again!

Great way to do the Grand Strand

Perfect condo for a couple or small family We spent most of our time on the balcony with a great view of the beach and ocean. Good kitchen with all the basics and very comfortable bedroom with nice master bath. We found this part of the greater Myrtle Beach community to be more family oriented than party crowds, so even with the peak season, the beach was a relaxing place to enjoy the ocean.

Very NIce

The unit was very nice and had everything we needed. The view was wonderful. We were able to see dolphins swim by . Schools of fish would go by, in which the pelicans seemed to enjoy. Super easy access to the pool and beach. Lots of parking. The hot tubs were nice and hot after a long day of activities. Lots of restaurants nearby with great food. Highly recommend this location.

Awesome stay

We had an awesome time. This place is a gem for sure. So clean and well kept. Extremely easy check-in, never an issue parking in the garage with nice wide spots. Balcony view was incredible. Nice TVs that never got turned on since we were always out on the balcony. Hosts were very helpful throughout the process and very helpful. Would highly recommend and would go back for another visit with no hesitation.

Awesome ocean front property !

My wife and I had a fantastic week at this property. It was exactly as described but property it's even more beautiful in person than what the pictures show, even though the pictures are really good. In terms of cleanliness, I have to say this property is top 3 of all the places we have stayed using VRBO in the last 8 years or so. It's so refreshing to come to a place that clean. The property had everything we needed, everything worked out perfectly and besides the spectacular view from the balcony (a lot of time we spent there) the communication with Randy and Donna was A++++.... it's so great when you get to communicate directly with the owners. If you are searching around the Garden City, SC area, we will highly recommend for anyone to check this property. We will certainly come back in the near future. Randy and Donna, thanks for letting my wife and I enjoyed your beautiful property during that week. God bless !

Wonderful stay!!

If you are considering renting this condo - don’t hesitate! It’s wonderful! It is well decorated, super clean and the most convenient spot in Surfside Beach. The owners are incredibly kind and thoughtful. The unit has everything you need to cook a few meals. The views off the ocean front deck were amazing! We also enjoyed the hot tub and the pool very much. The parking was under cover in an attached garage and the unit was accessible by elevator. The beach was gorgeous. Super clean with soft sand and warm water. The bed was very comfy. Overall the unit was perfect for our needs and we will be back!!

Great Getaway

Condo was immaculate and well furnished. Property owners were responsive and helpful. We would definitely book again. Easy access to the beach, plenty of parking and no wait time on elevators. We would want you to be aware that beach services lines the entire property beach with rental chairs & umbrellas. If you have your own umbrella, you are required to sit in the available space behind this line or go all the way down to the narrow public access space. The rental fee for 2 chairs and umbrella is $45 for one day or $80 for 2 days. Also the condo building doesn’t unlock the doors to the pool area/ beach access until 8:00am so you will need to go around through public access.
