Pier Paradise is a recently renovated six-bedroom luxury beach house in Garden City Beach, on the quieter southern end of the Grand Strand — it sleeps 20, every bedroom has its own en-suite bath, and it comes with a private backyard resort most homes twice its size can't match.

THE MAIN LEVEL
Open, bright, and built for a crowd — the living and dining flow into a kitchen stocked for real cooking for a full house, with a dedicated barista-level coffee bar for the mornings before the beach and high-speed WiFi throughout. The primary suite is on this level, with a spa-like bath: a deep soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and his-and-hers Turkish robes. Just off the fun, the arcade bunk room sleeps six across two full bunks and two full trundles, with its own en-suite walk-in shower, beanbag chairs, and three stand-up arcade cabinets loaded with seventeen classic games.

THE UPPER LEVEL
Upstairs, two ocean-facing king suites catch the morning light, a marsh-view king sits in a bay window, and a two-queen room looks out over the marsh — every one with its own en-suite bath, so nobody negotiates a shower schedule. A car is easiest, with free driveway parking at the house. Myrtle Beach International (MYR) is about 20–25 minutes away; Charleston (CHS) and Wilmington (ILM) are secondary options within a couple hours. Uber and Lyft run in the area. Once you're here, the beach and the Garden City Pier are a short walk and the MarshWalk is a quick drive.

PARKING
Free on-site driveway parking. Please keep vehicles to the driveway out of respect for neighbors; no RVs or oversized vehicles.

ACCESS AND HOUSE RULES
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM, with self check-in via smart lock — your entry details arrive with your arrival instructions. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM; sound carries at the beach, so please keep voices and music low after 11 out of respect for our neighbors. This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping home. No parties or events; gatherings are welcome as long as your total headcount never exceeds the maximum occupancy of 20, which is strictly enforced. The booking guest must be 25 or older. Up to two dogs under 50 lbs are welcome for a $250 non-refundable fee per dog — please disclose any pets before arrival, and note that per county ordinance dogs are not allowed on the beach. A $1,000 refundable damage deposit is held about 48 hours before check-in and released within 48 hours after checkout; one-night stays require an additional deposit. One note on the pool: the heater automatically shuts off when outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F to protect the equipment, so heating can't be guaranteed on the coldest days. For everyone's security, multiple exterior cameras cover the outside of the home — there are no cameras inside or in private areas.
