With expansive gathering spaces, multiple oceanfront porches, and a private walkway leading directly to the sand, this is the kind of place where mornings start with sunrise views over the Atlantic and days naturally flow between the beach, the pool, and time spent together. Guests return year after year for the home's welcoming atmosphere, room to spread out, and effortless ability to bring everyone together while still offering quiet corners to unwind.

When you're ready to explore, the best of the South Strand is right at your fingertips. Stroll the Garden City Pier, enjoy waterfront dining at the nearby Garden City Marina, or head just minutes north to the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk for fresh seafood, live music, and unforgettable sunset views. PRIVATE POOL (30' x 18')
Open year-round. Seasonal pool heating is available during the spring and fall months (April 1–May 31 and September 1–October 31) for an additional $500 + tax per week. Pool heat is most effective when both daytime and nighttime temperatures remain consistently above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your arrival (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before requesting pool heat.

PRIVATE SPA
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year-round.Because it is open-air, heating is most effective when temperatures remain consistently above 60°F, day and night.

• No Smoking - Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $1,000 fine plus fee for additional cleaning and remediation.
