Great Oman stay
Hotel with sea-front view right behind the beautifull opera House. New buildings, nice decor, kind staff. Reception helpfull and concierge very attentive. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. In room dining ok. Restaurant Char is decently good. Restaurant Siddhartha very cool and nice service. Recommended for both family and business trips

Endless high service all over this hotel!!
This was our first visit to Muscat, Oman and also our first stay at W. We have been blown away and amazed by the high quality of food, drink, rooms, surroundings and staff. We have been to several 5 star hotels, and believe this hotel must be 7 or 8 stars. This place can’t come more highly recommended!

Waanzinnig mooi hotel !
Prachtig hotel met een waanzinnige tuin met zwembad. Maar ook de rooftop bar/restaurant met infinity pool ziet er waanzinnig uit! Alles klopt in dit hotel! Waanzinnige decoratie en prachtig interieur! Ontbijt ook geweldig. Alleen het strand is niet bijzonder, maar dat hebben wij in heel Muscat niet kunnen ontdekken.

hotel and rooms are nice, service is slow at best and always forgetful. Also in some hotel venues staff are rude and do not accommodate hotel guests in the least.

Simply fantastic!
We had an amazing stay at W Muscat. Everything was perfect from beginning until the end. The beautiful hotel is well located and offers stunning views of the Royal Opera House and the sea. The staff are all extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. The food is great, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the pool area is relaxing. If you’re planning on visiting Muscat, this is the place to be!

The W Muscat is absolutely amazing ! The staff, the cleanliness, the spacious room, the lovely pool, absolutely everything !! We were there for one week with our 5 yr old son. There were so many places to have lunch / dinner in the hotel and also many delicious restaurants and coffee places a few minutes walk away. Aram coffee just around the corner was also convenient and perfect to feed delicious food and drinks to big and small people! Top location. One of the best hotel we ever stayed at. We are already planning to go back!!

Værelse, service, morgenmad og lokalisation var perfekt. Musikken på gangene, restauranten, elevatoren, receptionen mm., var ulidelig høj og enerverende. Stort set kun ensformige "smarte" rytmer, med irriterende gentagelser i en uendelighed. Men lydniveauet var det værste. Man kan slet ikke nyde den skønne stemning om aftenen eller føre en samtale for lydniveauet. Måtte derfor primært tilbringe tid på værelset eller udenfor hotellet.

Horrible du début à la fin. Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel mais d’une discothèque géante. Du matin au petit déjeuner jusqu’à 3h du matin la musique est partout et assourdissante. Impossible de dormir. L’hôtel vous offre des boules Qies en cadeau de bienvenue c’est tout dire.

Lifestyle Hotel. 24h Musikberieselung, Lift, Lobby, Pool, manchmal auch lauter, Party etc. Dies ist nichts mehr für mich. Ansonsten alle Restaurants sehr gut, aber auch unanständig teuer. Eine Fl. Sauvignon Blanc von Cloudy Bay zu OMR 107 = CHF 255, kürzlich in CH gekauft zu CHF 24.-. Kein Wunder sind alle Hotels schlecht gebucht.

Fantastic stay at W Muscat!
It was an amazing experience. The service was exceptional by each of the staff members. Especially we would like to recognize the superbe service from Pathum who served us at the Harvest breakfast restaurant. Overall it was super clean, the pool was beautiful with very comfortable beds. Free served cold drinks and water and we were pleasantly surprised by the pool party on Friday! Really enjoyed it. The food was excellent and as said the breakfast was overwhelming with plenty of choices. We would highly recommend to stay at the W. Even when we left the concierge guided us towards the taxi with a very warm goodbye (e.g arranged cash for the taxi). Looking forward revisiting or visiting another W.

Presque parfait ! Le personnel est aux petits soins. La cuisine est excellente dans tous les restaurants de l’hôtel, particulièrement au Ba Ban qui propose une cuisine chinoise de qualité. Le bar Le Living Room est un incontournable. C’est du W, on est jamais déçu. Une petite déception personnelle, la plage qui n’est pas privée manque de charme. Cela n’entache en rien le crédit de l’enseigne.

Un Séjour Merveilleux
Un séjour fantastique ! L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique, très chic, service parfait et plein d’attentions pour mon anniversaire. Merci à Narimane pour son chaleureux accueil en Français. Les restaurants sont merveilleux. La piscine sublime et les suites vraiment magnifique. La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite. Le seul reproche : l’hôtel n’est pas suffisant indiqué et il est difficile de trouver l’entrée malgré le GPS.

The hotel is very grand and chic. The pool is amazing and restaurants around are good. What was disappointing is the food variations in the menu and beverages as well. We had dinner at Buddha bar on the rooftop, the restaurant did not have the expected variations that you usually see in any W hotel. The beverages also lacked the variations for eg we could not have a patron tequila due to unavailability. They only had one type only! At the pool we wanted to have a regular club sandwich but instead they had a salmon club which was surprisingly odd. As they could not modify it for us.

The actual building is nice. The beds are worn out and you sleep on a slope because the mattress are so old and used. The restraunts are very limited in menu and actual taste. My best meal was when I went to PF Changs in mall. The prices are outrageous for the quality of food you get which is poor at best.

I knew the W in Barcelona in which I spent some 12 days but the W Muscat is another thing, at another level! The services and the care for you as a client is simply AMAZING! Everything was perfect and the staff was great, and here for me for each of my demands. Honestly, I spent great 8 days, and the W made my stay in Muscat unforgettable! Thank you to all the staff!

Selon nos différentes expériences Le meilleur hôtel de Mascate! Design magnifique Un cadre superbe, superbe piscine chauffée, très bonne qualité du petit déjeuner et des dîners, les chambres et suites sont spacieuses et hyper confortables. Le personnel est au petit soin pour tout le monde toute la journée. Le directeur français est présent et fort sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous les avons quitté avec un pincement au cœur.
