“We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . “We attended TOR rooms for a nice getaway before my wife gives birth, we had been approximately 3 years ago and had a great time. Unfortunately with the new owners it has gone completely downhill. Upon entering the room there were around 8-9 large spiders. Ordinarily, a couple of spiders I would chuck out of the window. This time however it was almost like an infestation. I had to kill about 6 and flush them before my wife would even settle. We could not get through to the staff on the phone so...

“This hotel was great value. Great location and the check in and follow up care was superb. I would return here in a heart beat. We stayed in the sunrise room which for a family of 6 was superb. ”

“Staff was very friendly. Only 1 picnic table to sit at outside, the grass hadn’t been cut at all, no one used it. Room very basic, no tissues, facecloth, microwave or fridge. T.V. only had a few channels and the volume wouldn’t go past 15. If window is open it was hard to hear. Grocery store about 10 minute walk, ocean about 20 minutes.”

“When we arrived to check in the room was not ready. Turns out they were not even aware of our booking until we showed it to them. We then had to wait two hours whilst the owner came to the property to get the room ready. Waiting outside in the side proved to be a disaster as their outdoor table and chair was covered in a black bitumen type substance that got all over the bottom of my trousers and completely ruined them. “We stayed here for one night as a stop off on the coastal path walk. A large bedroom and bathroom, very clean, lovely roll top bath. Nice view of sea from bedroom. Breakfast was excellent and staff very welcoming. Would highly recommend”
