“Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. ”

“This is our first visit to The Yarrow Hotel. We were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. The staff were just excellent in every way, very polite and professional, the venue is situated in an ideal position and an easy walk to the town of Broadstairs mainly downhill so just a slightly uphill walk back. “Was ok Quite night room was on first floor to the side no sea view. Didn't have any bath towels in the room the shower tray as very slippery when wet. ”

“Easy to find, clear instructions regarding keys, etc.. Not a huge amount of things nearby, apart from the nice beach. Perhaps a bit expensive for what it is, but in the summer the easier access to the beach must be a plus.”

“To be honest it was very loud from the gig place from across the road (Saturday) but it calmed down & it was quiet for the rest of the stay in spir of the house's very central location (& lots of good music in town). I had an issue with the window & appreciated that the hotel owner responded & resolved the situation.The rooms are lovingly decorated & warm, and the bed was very comfy. ”
