We love this condo and have stayed here a few times. The condo the beautiful and the location is amazing. It's right on the beach and has a great pool. The area is also quieter than other busy areas in Myrtle Beach. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fourth time staying in the condo complex and second time staying in this unit. Would definitely recommend and will definitely consider again when we go back. Views are fantastic. Beds were very comfortable and had no issue with any appliances/services. Location is far enough away from chaos but close enough to enjoy a litany of activities/restaurants. Suggestions? I would upgrade/add a few kitchen utensils and leave more than one trash bag. Overall excellent experience.

Take in the views!

If you are looking for an oceanfront property, you cannot go wrong by choosing Maisons-sur-Mer. It is centrally located. It is convenient to have Kroger and Walmart nearby for groceries and other essentials. The building’s décor has been updated and is now very modern when you enter. In a word, the condo was beautiful. The 18th floor provided an endless view of the shoreline. This unit is rightfully advertised as oceanfront. I enjoyed having a separate area to watch TV in the living room. The open concept was great. There was plenty of seating between the kitchen and living room. There is plenty of seating on the balcony as well. If you do not catch the sun rising, you are missing something beautiful. There is good spacing between the bedrooms. You will not have to worry about privacy. Uncomfortable beds can ruin a vacation. The owner did not skimp here! The mattresses were just right. When I vacation, good sleep is important. You will awaken feeling well rested. Keyless entry is wonderful. No keys to misplace. The unit has a full-size washer and dryer. I recommend taking a quick inventory of essentials when you check-in. This condo does not disappoint.

Perfect place on the beach

This was our second time staying at this condo. We love it here. It's so clean. The residents of the building are very friendly. The building is steps from the beach. The views from the condo are breath taking. There is also a local bar right across the street that seems perfect for that beach front vibe. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful condo.

Our Special Place!

This was our second stay in this unit. We love it! It is bright and clean and beautifully remodeled! We love the layout, the gathering area is large and open to the balcony. The view overlooking the pool to the ocean, all the way up the beach to the pier, is spectacular! Hopefully, we will return again someday

Fabulous place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was very clean, had fantastic views, and supplied everything we needed. Even though it was high season, the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Myrtle Beach condo

The condo is very beautiful with wonderful views. Location is great, was perfect for where we wanted to be. The kitchen is very pretty, but not practical if you’re going to be cooking as there’s really only one outlet that’s accessible. Lots of space to spread out and two balconies to look out over Myrtle Beach. Building is nice

Misleading

The pictures in the listing are professionally taken and are a bit misleading, it’s not worth what it cost at all. It was clean but run down and looked nothing like was is portrayed in the photos. Took 3 days for the ice machine to make ice, no pizza pan or pizza cutter, no garbage disposal. The worst part about this place is the staff at the resort. After driving 12 hours to get there all we wanted to do was unpack the car and settle in. Was told you can’t park here you can’t do this you can’t do that, the check in and unloading process is awful. I filled up a cart and needed to take it to our room. I was told I couldn’t leave my car where it was and I had to move it, I tried to explain that I still had more things to unload on a second trip, I was told that I could use two carts and to move my car leave the two carts and come back and take them after I moved my car?????? We hung towels over the rail of our balcony to dry and I received a call during a meal with my family being told that I needed to come take the towels off the rail. The renters provided a lower level garage parking pass which I took advantage of. On Thursday our second to last day I received a phone call being told that I needed to move my car from the garage as they were going to start construction on Friday, I did so with no complaints only to find out that another person started parking in the lower level garage spot I was using all week. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS AND OVER THE TOO WHEN IT COMES TO RULES

One of a Kind Experience

The moment we opened the door to this magnificent condo, it literally took our breath away. Spectacular decor, stunning panoramic views and awesomely clean. The extra bedroom wing of the condo was perfect for our adult daughters, giving them privacy and there own bathroom. Hopefully the bathtub and shower will be updated in the future. The grounds were immaculate and the current work on the main floor lobby will be outstanding when finished. Henrik and Stacey were very kind and helpful when needed. We highly recommend this condo.

Nice on 18th floor

The place is nice but lots of potential hazards for kids. The main balcony doesnt lock. Outdoor furniture was old and brittle and outdoor balconies were built up a thick green algae mixture which we scrubbed off. That should be done more often. Cupboards fell apart while we were there but property manager came next day and handled. The bathroom above had a leak into our bathroom which took many hours out of multiple day of vacation to be fixed. The place was more cosmetic show than being useful. The pool was huge but has a ton of rule that were not kid friendly. More adult friendly place vs. kids friendly. The beach was clean and wonderful! They also had a lot of construction going on in the building while we were there. The fire alarm went off and notification to take the stairs 18 flights to only be a false alarm from construction. A lot of things happened while we were there not all of them the fault of the owner but you take the entire facility into account. Bottom line for us staying there and paying more didn't enhance our vacation experience as we expected. Lesson learned - More doesn't always mean better. I waited to write this to make sure I was fair on the review.

Expansive Views

Great place

The condo was amazing. Spacious and very clean. We stayed for a week with friends and we had plenty of room. The balcony overlooking the ocean was great for our morning coffee or evening drinks! I highly recommend this condo!
