Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love Lakewood and had nice family time...But this mobile home was in desperate need of a good cleaning, power washing and TLC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice and clean rental. The only issue is the access to the back deck through the small area in the bedroom is not conducive for larger groups. Nice new patio and no bugs which was a huge plus!!

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed in my stay. My family and I were very excited because we had heard great things. Day of arrival the house wasn’t clean. Had to call to have someone come back and do some cleaning. The mattress covering had what appeared to be a huge urine stain, floors were filthy. Couple days after arriving the landscapers came and was mowing, they knocked on door and ask if we could move our vehicles and I let him know my husband would be right back that he had the keys in his pocket. As I’m speaking with the gentleman I can hear a weed eater going I walk outside to find my brand new very expensive vehicle covered in grass and debris. I asked him to please stop and he replied oh will blow that off. Furious was an understatement. Each night we walked outside the scent of Marijuana was so strong you couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the night air. Needless to say we checked out three days early and have no plans on returning.

Pet friendly villa rental Lakewood campground

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being a camper and just recently selling our unit we decided to try villa rental at the campground. Because we do carry our two for babies with us we needed pet friendly accommodations. We are highly recommending using LCR rentals for anyone who wishes to stay in a pet friendly facility. We were verySatisfied with our clean useful beautifully located unit

Enjoyable stay but could use a little TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay, loved the location, but just a couple small complaints with the villa. Our bedroom door would not close and had a door stopper to help but was not good for privacy obviously. The back deck and deck stairs were very likely to give a splinter and the stairs are sinking into the ground. The back porch lights didn't work so we were the only dark villa at night when it was nice to hang out. With a few repairs I would definitely recommend this villa.
