Clean and comfortable villa. This is a perfect place for a couple to enjoy as a vacation. We plan to return to this villa as soon as we can get away again.

The air is awesome....the water wasn't as hot as we liked but didn't mind at all to go to the bath houses:)

Review of vacation rental 5130 block three

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like the place, it was nice and clean. Love the big porch. The only thing is you have to be really careful coming out sliding doors you have to step down onto the deck. I caught my foot coming out and fell and fractured my back. I called and left a message saying that maybe it would be a good idea to put a sign on the door saying watch your step. I would hate to see somebody else fall and ruin their vacation.. I definitely would recommend this place and I would definitely go back. I would just be more careful when I step out the door.

Good villa but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a cute little house, perfect size for my husband and our two small children. The campground was also very fun with lots to do and close to the beach. Unfortunately our toilet back up in the first day we were there. The maintenance man was very quick and friendly to come out and fix it but it clogged again later that day. We ended up using the bath house for the remainder of our three day stay. Hopefully they can get this fix as obviously having a working bathroom is part of the reason you rent a house.
