Property management are difficult to deal with
I made reservations but due to a medical appointment that I had to drive my elderly mom to. I asked to move dates by 1 day. On line that day was available. I wasn’t trying to cancel or ask for a refund. I just wanted to back the trip up 1 day (again that day was available on line). I was told due to being so close to booked days, changes couldn’t be made. There was NO reason they could not have moved the dates since it was available. So, we paid for a trip that we didn’t get to go on. Plus cleaning people got paid for doing nothing bc we never checked in. I call that bad business. I’ve been booking through VRBO for years and this was my word experience ever. Note to anyone reading this…only book with owners who handle their own property and don’t pay to have someone manage it. I learned my lesson. An expensive lesson.
