The Unit was clean, fully renovated, nice decorations, master bedroom matress soft and comfortable, everything inside the unit was perfect except for the tv in the master bedroom that didn't have the Netflix app.The view of the ocean was almost perfect, but as decribed in the listing. Now, the building feels cold and empty, my building was dirty, people smoking Marijuana everywhere, very rude people living or staying in those apartments, the elevators look dirty, we didn't ise the pools, but from upstairs they look out of maintenance.We had coffee in a restaurant that belongs to the resort, the food was ok, nothing extraordinary, it was convenient to have a restaurant downstairs, the coffee was the worst coffe we have had in our live.The beach, provably the worst we have visited, dirty, dog poop, not recomended at all.Not suitable for people like me that need quietness to meditate.Overall, the view of the sunset and the unit itself were the best, other than that, it doesn't worth to go there.

Honest review of a perfectly fine stay

The pros outweigh the cons at this rental but I wanted to provide an honest review as it may not be the best choice for a family with young children. The cons: The pot smell from the street below was constant. If we had the patio door open it came into the unit. There was also significant noise from street very early in the morning (garbage trucks, trucks unloading, etc.) I realize these are not under control of the owner or management company but I think they are important for renters to know. The furniture while comfortable was dirty and in need of a good cleaning.There is a shared water situation which can lead to no hot water being available. The management company does notify of this in the welcome text. The washing machine left spots on our clothes that will require us to rewash when we get home. My biggest issue is that the Lazy River and water park are not available with this rental. The listing states at least twice that there is a lazy river and there indeed is but it is not offered to this rental. I reached out to the management company alerting them that the listing falsely advertises the Lazy River and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience. The welcome text does mention that the Lazy River is not included but I would expect that it be mentioned on the listing or at the time of booking. The Pros: nice Beach chairs are provided, the baths are very nice, the kitchen was well stocked, Nice chairs on balcony, Great view, Comfortable beds

Amazing Stay in a Stunning Oceanfront Condo!

Our stay at this 3-bedroom oceanfront condo in Myrtle Beach was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean, thanks to the incredible wrap-around balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee with the sunrise became our daily ritual—an experience we’ll never forget. The condo itself was immaculate, with modern, comfortable furnishings and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, offering plenty of room to spread out while still feeling cozy and welcoming. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. While we loved being right on the beach, it was also just a short drive to many of Myrtle Beach’s attractions—shopping, dining, and entertainment options were all within easy reach. It gave us the perfect balance of serene oceanfront living and the convenience of exploring the area. This condo truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet accessible retreat with unbeatable views, this is the place. placef. for you. We can’t wait to come back!

Very comfortable

The condo was clean & comfortable. Loved the wrap around deck, especially in the afternoon. The kitchen was a bit small- big enough for 2 people at a time. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the beach chairs we found in the closet. Easy walk to the beach.

Great location

Loved how easy the access was to the beach and pool area. We had trouble when we first checked in with the air conditioning not working at all. It did take almost a whole day to fix, but they were very responsive ! The internet and password that were given to us for our stay did not work at all. So we had lots of trouble hooking up to any WiFi . We asked the neighbor and he assisted us to help get on the internet. Overall we were very happy with our stay ! It was extremely amazing location and beautiful place to stay ! Would stay again !

Great Experience!!

This was our first experience using VRBO and we were so happy! The property was clean, spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Great location, loved being a hop, skip and a jump from the beach. Enjoyed the beautiful sunrises from the balcony. My teenage boys said that we are never going back to a hotel again! They loved having their own bedroom & bathroom!!! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Golf trip

Batteries in two smoke alarms died on our last night, contacted property answering service, couldn’t get anyone to come out at 9:30 pm. Eventually removed the units from wall using the quick connections, No extra trash bags!! No extra toilet paper!!! Refrigerator didn’t cool drinks enough on highest setting.

Nice oceanfront view condo

The condo was as advertised, little over-pricey (maybe due to the season?) great communication thru messages. Reported a cleanliness issue and they sent the people and took care of the issue. TV's wifi connection was not good. Great view to the ocean from the 15th floor, big balcony with lots of chairs, had fun thru out the day at the condo. Recommended place to stay.

Girls trip 2021

The condo itself was very clean. One of the bed sheets looked soiled/stained so I’d probably suggest getting new sheets. The coffee pot was not clean. Not enough toilet paper and no Kleenex. Otherwise it was very clean! Was not close enough to anything in walking distance. The view from condo however was very beautiful!

They Made This So Easy!

Beautiful but Locked Out

We loved the location & beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The accommodations were as expected and clean. My experience checking in & multiple phone calls with property management left me frustrated, stressed, and locked out. Our Uber drivers dropped us off at the South Tower unknowingly so it took us a while to figure out how to get to the North Tower with ramp access to carry our luggage on a cart. The resort staff is rude to VRBO guests because we are not considered property owners so they treated us like step children. We had issues with the property’s door access keypad on the 1st day and immediately spoke with management for a quick resolution but I was left disappointed with broken promises to call with status updates and appointment to fix the keypad. Sadly, I was stuck on the phone 5 out of 6 days of my trip. Worrying about getting locked out with a family of 8 including kids and an infant is the worst feeling on vacation. I traveled to unwind, take it easy, and enjoy my family. However, I found myself missing family pool fun while attached to a phone that never rang and missing beach day while waiting for a locksmith that never showed up. I wish I could get that lost time back.

Very disappointed with the false advertisement!!!!!

This location was picked by my three daughters who absolutely fell in love with the water park pictures. To only find out when we get there that we didn’t have access to this park. Will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has little ones expecting to use everything advertised just to get you to book. Will post another review on Google and Facebook.
