Beach Colony vacation

Room didn’t look like pictures on line. Room was dirty. Curtains torn, dried vomit on the carpet. Toliet running but was fixed in 3 hours. Not many lounge chairs. Pools are small, one of the 2 pools was shut down for unknown reason on day 2. Kids 8 or younger running the ice cream shop. No pool towels at all, did bring my own but should have had. Parking garage was AWFUL! Same way in and out. Very scary. Beach was nice. Lady at check in was friendly but never called when room was ready

Myrtle beach vacay

Communication with property management was outstanding! I was able to message any questions and was promptly answered back. Also, very helpful with recommendations for restaurants! Friendly and welcoming staff!!

Horrible stay

The unit was disgustingly dirty, old and floors were not even mopped. Used Q-Tips on the floor in the bathroom and trash under bedroom in the master. Overall experience was horrible and will never book here again. Ever!!!

Great experience!

Great experience at this property! They had everything you needed and wanted at a vacation spot. Our family of four had a wonderful stay! We ended up wanting to stay an extra night and the property owner was very quick to answer and we were able to extend our stay!

We'll be back

Our stay at Beach Colony Resort was all it claimed it would be. My family and I enjoyed it immensely. Next time we'll better prepared, but we have nothing to complain about. I'll be sure to get a bigger room next time.

The room and condition of place was nice and comfortable. The issues that we encountered was a safety matter. First night was good. I must say I always feel cheated when you’re not allowed to check in until 4 and you must check out at 11. Second night we are about to go to bed when next door 4 police cars show up looking for a suspect in the shooting that happened a few days prior. Third and last night (we are still on edge from night before with the cops running with weapons drawn). We are all in bed 2-3 am we here a commotion. 3 rooms down there is argument on the balcony. That has not only woke us but families in the building beside us. We call desk. It seem to subside only to start up again this time with a fight envolved on the entrance way to the rooms. We call again to desk my husband was irritated and told this woman we didn’t feel safe and we were not going to put up with it. Basically she hung up on him and the valet next door flagged down the police to our building. With the prior shootings this is very upsetting. My children were sleeping in the front bedroom. We feel that the front desk failed to do their job. There was 11 people in that room.
