Very nice place in our favorite resort, and room for the whole family!

We love staying at Ocean Creek plantation, and as our family grows, so do our needs. With 4 adult families, we all stayed in this 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo for the week and it was perfect!

Great size and location

Great location and great size. Plenty of space for a large family. However the bathroom with the two double beds make terrible noises when flushing or running the sink! Would stay again!

Winter beach break

Finding an oceanfront property of this size at this price point was a blessing. Our family of 8 from upstate SC had some lovely post-holiday time snacking, playing games, watching movies, and visiting a few attractions and restaurants. What was great: The unit was clean and spacious. The kitchen was EXTREMELY well-appointed. I had brought a fair amount of my own kitchen items to cook with, but did not need to have brought them. The views from the kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms were outstanding. It was a short, pleasant walk to the beach, even in the polar weather we experienced. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and easy to viist. The adjacent bathrooms were also clean and stocked. There was a lot of room to spread out; we never lacked for seating or comfort. The less-than-perfect parts: It is annoying to need to retrieve a key from off site, but we knew that going in and accepted that. Finding the unit was the hardest part of the trip. The signage within the entrance of the complex was incomplete. We finally found our unit. Directions would have been helpful. We hadn't noticed in the photos that the southernmost bedroom did not have drapery on the curtains. The young adults who slept in that room had a very hard time with the bright lights that poured in all night and the sun that rose at 7:17AM. We could not find any extra linen. This impacted us three ways. First, it was very cold in the unit when we arrived. This wasn't surprising as we had been experiencing record cold temps in SC. As we waited for the unit to warm up that first night, we really could have used more blankets. We did find one that our youngest daughters could use. I slept in my sweatpants and fleece. Secondly - while the large closest held many pillows available to use, we could not find any pillowcases. Finally, one of my adult sons had planned to use the sleeper sofa or the roll out bed to sleep, but there was no linen to equip those beds with. None of these issues would keep me from recommending this property, but I would make sure people knew about the lack of drapery in the bedroom and to bring some pillowcases and blankets.

Nice condo with nice service

Love this large condo for our big extended family. Space worked perfectly and was clean. Service was great. The couple little issues we had were handled right away. We’ve stayed at Ocean Creek for several years but this was our first renting with Seaside. They were so pleasant to work with…we will definitely use them again and stay in this condo again if available.

This accomodation was very nice for the size of people we had. The kitchen was so very well equipted. But the place was dirty. It looked like the floors had not been swept in a very long time. Not sand but dirty. The front doors are covered in mold. Under the beds have not been swept in a long time also. Some of the light bulbs were out in the bathrooms and out side. This was very disappointing for the money we spent. We did contact the Rental Agency and they were WONDERFUL in helping us

Awesome views of ocean!

The unit was very spacious for 9 people,it had awesome ocean front Views. We got lucky because it had a little lagoon out front where the ocean flows in and it was 1 foot to 3 feet so it was perfect for the one-year-old grandson and the two-year-old grandson it was absolutely the perfect spot for my family. But on the other hand it was not clean the rugs won’t vacuumed and the floors were dirty are feet were black from them. I went and got cleaning supplies and cleaned it. The microwave didn’t work and the bathtub didn’t drain and all toilets ran, maintenance came right out and took care of that for us and replace the microwave With a new one.But that would not stop me from renting this unit again we absolutely loved the views and how big it was. It’s was great that every room had its own bath. The balcony was very large and nice to set out and just take in look out at the ocean while enjoying drinking my coffee in the morning.
