Worlds Archery Competition

Seawatch Unit

We knew it would be small. It was very convenient to lug in suitcases and groceries. We could easily dispose of our trash. We really enjoyed the ocean view and balcony and enjoyed the afternoon sun. I did however go out and buy a small table for the balcony for drinks and snacks. Parking was very easy and always available.

Very convenient location. The 11th floor is pelican watching floor. We enjoyed our stay and the resort amenities were perfect for a 12 yr old girl. We would return again when the opportunity arises.

Great family vacation!

We stayed for a week, the property was comfortable and clean. It’s a little tight for a family of 4 but was more than enough for what we needed as we mainly just slept in the room and spent our days out doing beach, pool and other activities. Speaking of activities, the resort has daily games/activities that keep the little ones happy and entertained. The ladies on the activity staff were amazing and our daughter loved every single one we attended

Perfect location

Perfect location to get to everything easily. Nice pools. Easy access to beach. First VRBO where we've had to make the bed (not just strip it at the end). Couch was very comfy. Door opens directly into bedroom so you might hear people passing by when you are in bed. Would rent from again.

Clean, comfortable and cute!

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit! The decor was nice, the place was mostly clean, and the view was perfect. Lots of space in the pools and hot tubs when it gets busy, so that's a great thing. The one drawback I think would be the carpet in the unit, hard to keep it dry and sand free when you're coming in and out alot. We would definitely stay here again!

A week of relaxation!

Married couple for 35 years. We have stayed at Sea Watch many times and always enjoyed our stay. We can only say good things about the condo and our stay. The ease of check in and check is great, the room was clean, the view fantastic, like we stated we can only say good things about our stay and no negatives at all. Will return again, thanks for renting out the condo to others that can enjoy the beautiful beach area.

Nice location , overall pleasant stay

Location was great, parking was okay, swimming pools were great, beds were okay but not the best, Wi-Fi is a little tricky hooking up, the only thing that I really didn't like, was that it didn't really have any essentials in it ,outside of dishes, and you have to make up your own beds, so make sure you bring all your essentials even toilet paper, outside of that, everything was great , would stay again.

I wouldn’t stay with more than 2 people, it would likely be too small. The condo was VERY clean and the view was great. The check in and check out process was easy. The only issues were the light in the kitchen didn’t work sometimes and the freezer door doesn’t always stay shut. Overall, would stay again!

Plenty of outdoor seating and had activities/music scattered throughout the day. The only negative was the large main pool was closed for the first 3 days but there were numerous hot tubs and 3 other pools to choose from. Everything outside and condo was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

We were a little skeptical after reading the most recent review, after we had already booked our trip. But we had no issues. The condo was clean, and the kitchen had sufficient cookware. It may be helpful if there was a list of "tips for renters" that included things like you can rent umbrellas on the beach, or there are activities at the resort and you get a list at...But overall we enjoyed our 5 night stay with an oceanfront view for a great price!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was nice. Vending machine however was broken and restaurant only open until 2:30. Tiki bar has some food options after 3 but minimal. Pools were nice. Easy to access the beach. However need to rent chairs if needed so suggest buy own as it’s $50 a day for 2. Friendly staff. Only thing renting from owner through VRBO is need to bring own paper products, this was a bit annoying as had to pack these. Definitely get a rental car as attractions are not within walking distance. Unit was clean but a bit outdated.
