The property manager forgot to make the check in packet and we got lucky we had a random employee show up that could help since the office was empty and messages were being ignored. Text support was not helpful at all. The condo was dirty at check in in the bathroom and kitchen. They said they would send housekeeping and never did. The listing also stated 2nd floor and it was on the 3rd. As someone with a walking disability, this made it very painful and hard to access
