we have stayed at the Brigadune several times before, but not in this unit. The unit was very well equipped and spacious for my two grandsons, ages 4 and 2. The owner was very helpful and responsive as I had some difficulty getting into the unit.

Perfect Location

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay any more. Beautiful view. Close to everything... but plenty of room to relax on beach. Owners and staff were extremely friendly. And to say the property manager went above and beyond to help us enjoy our trip would be an understatement. We will be back for sure.

Perfect location

LOCATION: I've been to the Myrtle Beach area a handful of times, so I can say that this area was less "hectic and congested with traffic" than further south. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance located in other resort complexes. The nearest Walmart was 3 miles away. The beach is just a walk out the door. AMENITIES: You have the beach right there, there is also a small pool area with chairs. There is an elevator, and each floor has a trash chute at the end of the hallway. There is ample parking. You must display your parking pass, and owner was able to give us two since we had two vehicles. Free Wifi, easy to connect and good signal. Washer and dryer in unit, and a full kitchen of course. You must bring your own HE laundry soap and dryer sheets though. CONDO: Condo was clean, but showing a little age, but certainly, that didn't make much difference to me. The master bedroom has a large window overlooking beach in the far corner, and it's own entrance to the patio area. Patio had two comfy chairs, ottomans and a small table. I would urge the host to add another small table, or add a larger table in place of the small one. Large spaces for luggage and belongings. Both bedrooms had TV's as did the living room but I didn't use that. There are two bathrooms. I did note that the shower in the master bathroom never could get warm - not even after a 10 minute shower. Presumably the other shower did because the other guests did not complain to me. They were working on water during my stay and water got shut off at one point for all residents. Not sure if that was the reason. I didn't mind a cool shower too much, but this might need to be looked into for future guests if not a fluke. Most people like a hot shower. ATMOSPHERE: Generally didn't hear a lot of noise from the other residents, there were nightly fireworks being set off by other people nearby. They didn't last more than 20 minutes and it didn't go too late, but was super loud even with doors closed. The pool area wasn't busy at all in the mornings up til about 10 am, or in the evenings after 4pm. During peak times around the noon hour, pool was full. Noise level depended on the rowdiness of the group there and if they were drinking, so it varied. OVERALL: I liked the location and that was the best part of this. The washer and dryer in the unit was a huge perk to me as well. I felt it was a large enough space for the 4 of us

Great views, great location!

We had such an amazing vacation. We loved the location of Brigadune and the amenities offered. Beautiful views and close to so many restaurants, shops and attractions. We especially loved that the beach was right out the door. No long walking required. We’d definitely stay again.

Our Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and view was great. Some suggestions for condo. Doors are hard to open going on balcony, need new toaster, new pots and pans and extra towels in bathrooms.

Nice place to stay

We had issues with the AC while we stayed and had one miserably hot night but the next day she had someone come to fix! They were working on the property during our stay so it was very noisy but the work needed done and they didn’t start until around 9 am and were done by 5, so that was nice. Maintenance needed done on slider door as it was very hard to open and shut and handle came off. Main door jam was rotted so the door latch came off but we were still able to securely lock the condo with dead bolt. All in all it was a good stay, beautiful place and view. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely breathtaking

The view, the view, the view! Right on the beautiful beach with an incredibly easy and short walk to the water. Condo was as advertised, beds comfy. Nice pool and outdoor showers to rinse off the sand so you don't have to drag it all in to the condo with you. Beautiful balcony with comfortable furniture to enjoy the cool ocean breeze day and night.

Ocean front Comfort

My husband, our daughters, and their Nana loves every minute in 7D. The view was spectacular, the beds and pillows were very comfortable unlike rentals we have had in the past. The towels were plush and white. Location is perfect! Close to everything, a Kroger down the street, food and fun within 10 minutes. The building itself is very nice and had the easiest access to the pool and Beach than any other place we have stayed. Owner was available any time we had a question. We would absolutely book again.
