We booked this house for our family trip. It was very clean and well kept and had that Coastal Charm we were looking for. Check in and checking out were a breeze. The bedrooms were very roomy and clean with plenty of places to put luggage and bags. The huge porch was our favorite hangout as we had a rocker for every person. Only a few steps to the beach it was quiet and peaceful and each day only had a small handful of people which we really enjoyed. All the crowds were down where the hotels were. Perfectly located going out for a meal or to grocery shop everything was a very short drive away. We enjoyed everything so much we look forward to booking the house again next year!

The beach view was exactly what we were looking for in this vacation. The property was a few steps from the beach and the sunrises were spectacular. The property had more than enough space for our group. The only draw back was the fight over the bedroom with the bathroom within our group. We would highly recommend this property for a vacation with extended family. The kitchen had anything you might need and plenty of room to cook. The porch is a slice of heaven on earth. We even saw dolphins while relaxing on the rocking chairs.

Ocean views from front porch make this property worth it in every way. The house is old, the bathrooms tiny and could use a little work but there were plenty of beds and enough room for us all to have a fabulous vacation! Kitchen was A and plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Walk directly to beach! Blinds in the rooms didnt work and lighting everywhere took a few minutes to figure out, but the small problems/ things were small. I recommend this home to anyone who wants beachfront and space to enjoy!

Older but great beach house that was PERFECT having a family of some who wanted to watch the beach and some who wanted to go to the beach. Loved that they allowed pets and had a small yard. Front porch was so peaceful. Kitchen was nice. Plenty of bedroom. Worked well for extended family meeting up. Loved the huge couch and large dining table for hanging out.

The property was very charming, the front porch and proximity to the beach is a definite plus. There is also a nice flat yard if you are bringing pets.The bathrooms are small and slightly dated, but functional. One drawback of the property is that the public beach access is located right next to the property, so it can be loud and congested. The house also only had two beach chairs ( which are actually lawn chairs) and only one is useable.We would have rated this property higher as the real problem was Vacasa, which is the management company. We had multiple issues from leaks, to broken windows, and a front door lock system that did not work the last two days of our stay. We reported every issue and were told by Vacasa that someone would call or show up to address them. No one ever did. I called and asked to speak to management about these issues - twice. Twice my name was taken and I was told someone would contact me. We are now two weeks past the end of our stay and we still have not received a single call.Things go wrong, which is understandable; however the level of guest service that Vacasa provided is unacceptable.I would not recommend using them.

The house is nice and the beach view is perfect and the beds are very comfortable.But I'm not sure if its the owner of the property that live in the back of the house it was just strange we felt watched the whole time other that than the stay was good.

Old fashioned knotty pine paneled oceanfront beach house with the perfect porch including 6 rocking chairs and a hammock. No hotels close by so beach not crowded. The porch was our favorite spot when not on the beach up until bedtime. Updated kitchen great for preparing your meals. Plenty of flatware, dishes and glassware for your crowd. Great sectional for lounging if you give up your rocker. If you’re planning on doing much cooking take a sharp knife and bakeware to accommodate your recipes. We hope to return.

We loved this home and the location can’t be beat. It’s a relatively quiet spot with a prime beach location always available. There is plenty of space in the home which easily accommodated our family of 14. The porch was a highlight of the home. Always a great place to view the ocean. We would not hesitate to book this home in the future.

The view is a saving grace

The location of this house and the view from the porch makes it worth it. We had several issues with the appliances and one of the bathrooms. I honestly think some upgrades in the house would make it an absolutely amazing place to stay!

Wonderful home! Clean and perfect location! Would love to stay again! Plenty of room for everyone. The home had everything we needed and plenty of beach toys and chairs. Loved sitting in the rocking chairs and seeing the ocean view. Thanks!

Location Can’t Be Beat

Front porch walks out onto the beach, quick walk to many dining options and a short drive to endless golf courses. Older beach home with its perks and drawbacks. Was great for the guys annual golf trip, but not the most modern place if amenities are your priority.

Fourth of July week 2024

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this beachfront home. The home is a little dated, but still very well kept and clean. It truly felt like we traveled in time staying at an older home with modern day amenities like a flat screen TV, enough WIFI speed for 4 teens and a modern fridge / dishwasher. The bonus was a second fridge to hold all our beverages! We came down together with 2 other families and had a grand time and really hope to be back! The location was excellent as we were only a 5-10 minute drive to anything we needed like Costco or WalMart super center. The beach was beautiful but a bit windy during our stay. The waves were a little rough compared to what we were used, but the teens and parents liked it for body boarding. Not great for little kids as they would easily get thrown down. Overall a very positive experience for our families, we truly enjoyed our stay and we left with memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to the owners for a great stay!
