I really loathe leaving a bad review, but this trip was pretty stressful.First of all, I would like to express how this room was very well equipped and laid out; Everything we needed. That said, I cannot express how terrible the bed was, which pretty much defeats the purpose of renting a room to sleep in. The bed was so full of lumps and holes that it really hurt to lay on! I actually fell out of it trying to get up and seriously hurt myself, and that never happens at home!I contacted the “concierge” after a few days and, to paraphrase, they responded fairly quickly that they were sorry and would do something about it, but never got back to me! Weeks went by (28 day stay), and in this time I tried the couch bed, which was also pretty terrible and my companion could not sleep on it (he’s 6’2”) and finally had him *flip* the king-sized mattress, which helped quite a bit, but I believe we were too tired at this point to care much anymore. Weeks went by after contacting the “concierge”, all the while silly me expecting them to replace the mattress, give us another room or at least a partial refund, but No! No further contact frrom the “concierge”. In summary: A nice room, but if you’re renting a room to sleep in, forget about it.

Extended Myrtle Beach Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights after spending a week at a different location in Myrtle Beach…we live in the Midwest and after a long, cold winter just weren’t ready to say goodbye to the ocean. The listing was beautiful. It was exactly as described, nicely decorated, clean and the view was absolute perfection. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and was more than what we needed. We enjoyed the amenities of the resort as well during our stay. We particularly loved the sunning area next to the pool that allowed us a beautiful ocean view and breeze. We also really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor bar on site. The staff were friendly and the blended drinks were great! While we really had no reason to go elsewhere, we did have dinner at Crave, a delicious Italian restaurant on our first night less than 5 minutes from the resort. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to be back on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Kozy getaways is their name

The name of their company really tells who they are. You really do feel comfortable while staying here and the staff is amazing. They are friendly and very helpful answering questions and getting you ready for your stay. The unit is quite spacious even with a large king bed, couch, and bar table. The bed was really comfortable as well. They also offer good amenities within the unit such as ample towels, basic cleaning supplies, and basic kitchen utensils. The unit is conveniently near the elevator (you don’t even hear it) and let’s not forget the view. It’s amazing!! Straight on view of the beach and outdoor balcony with seating to soak it all in. With all of that I really don’t see how you couldn’t enjoy your stay.

Family vacation

Great time at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the beach! The condo was the perfect size for the 2 of us! It was clean, and had everything we needed! The restaurants close by were a major plus too!

Fantastic! Perfect stay!

This was a perfect room! Very clean! Well decorated! Great ocean view! I will have to come back again when it is going to be warmer because it was colder than I expected but fabulous!
