Beautiful 2B/2B, ground floor condo in Riverwalk on Arrowhead Golf course !

  • Our 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom condo in the popular Riverwalk community- is surrounded by the Arrowhead Golf course and Intercoastal Waterway . Our first-floor unit has a covered porch that walks right out to the the inground pool and gas grill. It's about 6 miles from the beach ( approx 15 min depending on traffic . )and close to awesome shopping , outlets and attractions. There is an heated indoor pool and exercise room available as well. The unit is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. There are 3 newer TVs, cable & wireless internet .There is one king bed , two twins, . The condo is approximately 1000 square feet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and well-equipped kitchen as well as bedding and towels. We have several updates- new flooring, furniture, and tvs to provide our guests with a great experience.

Absolute delight

This condo was beautiful and clean, extremely comfortable and well stocked. The pool was immaculate and warm. This was my favorite place I've ever stayed in Myrtle !

Once wasn't enough

We loved our stay so much last year we stayed again this year. Colleen is a gracious host and the condo is so lovely and perfect for our family July 4th celebration. Highly recommend.

Great vacation home

I really enjoyed the condo. It was really clean and had everything you would need. It is in a good location about 10-15 to beach but it was nice to come back and enjoy the peace and quiet. The owner is very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

I was in town for my 3rd year in a row for a vetgolf tournament and this has been the best place ive stayed. First floor, no stairs, central location and colleen the owner is GREAT!!

Nice property, great stay

Nice property, good location, convenient ground level, pool located in back yard. We were still able to use pool in September. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful river walk.

A gem!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It is located in a beautiful golf course community. The neighbors are all so sweet. The home is clean and spacious. The price is fair and the stay always goes too quickly. The host is very responsive too! You are close to the beach, shopping, golf, food, etc. I highly highly recommend and my family and I look forward to our next time here.

Quite location

Very clean, pool right out the sliding doors. Very short drive to beach, and shopping. The onlybthing was on the last day the air conditioner stop working, after awhile the owner did get back to me. And she made everything right. Would stay away,thank you!

Thanksgiving 2022

Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood (Note: no motorcycles or trailers allowed in the neighborhood...this kept things quiet), all the appliances functioned as they should and the dining/living room area was an "open plan" type arrangement which allowed for easy movement around the apartment. The sliding glass doors out to the patio allowed us to open the doors if it became stuffy. Good access to Myrtle Beach, the south end of Myrtle Beach, the airport and communities south of Myrtle Beach. Only a 15 minute drive to Broadway-On-The-Beach.

Great stay

I honestly couldn’t say anything negative about this property! We stayed Thursday-Monday for my sons baseball tournament. We wanted somewhere quiet and a place we could cook meals to save money and we had everything we could possibly need! We had plenty of towels, wash cloths, dishes, cooking supplies etc! We had had the basics needed for our stay! Dishwashing stuff, laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper!! Very clean. Beds were super comfortable! Pool right outside patio! Quiet neighborhood!! Would definitely recommend this place!!!!!

Perfect condo for a week away from home!

The property was all that we expected based on the information provided. Communication from the owner was prompt and helpful. The unit was perfect for our family and located in a beautiful area! We appreciated having the pass to go to Myrtle Beach State Park to enjoy the beach without the hassle of parking in the busy part of town. We’d highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet stay away from the bustle. It was beautiful and well equipped!

Love this area.

Our past several times to MB, we have been able to obtain a condo in the Riverwalk area with different owners. As our grandson was playing baseball in the Market Common area, contacting Colleen regarding this property was easy and informative from her end. We used it solely as a place to sleep as the two of us always eat out at our favorite places. The pool was just steps from the back patio. Overall, we just loved the place. and if we should head south again, would attempt to get this rental again.

The pictures don’t do it justice - Awesome place!

The condo was bigger than we thought. The place smelled great and was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need! There is also a big blowup bed and plenty of sheets and blankets. We used the pool and workout room. We also used the park/beach pass to visit Huntington State Park. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. It is close to the beach and downtown but still quiet. The owner was always available, helpful and kind. I absolutely loved this vacation and hope to stay here again.
