Bienvenido a mi casa de alquiler vacacional en Myrtle Beach: una unidad completamente renovada, renovada y bellamente decorada con orientación norte en el séptimo piso de un exclusivo complejo frente al mar. Mi alquiler cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, armarios con doble puerta en cada habitación y viene completamente amueblado con 2 balcones privados separados.

Mis características de alquiler:
- Habitación n. ° 1: suelo de baldosas, cama grande con colchón firme, TV Smart de 39 '1080p con Hulu y Netflix, acceso al balcón con vistas al mar
- Habitación n. ° 2: suelo de baldosas, cama grande y una cama hinchable de 2 plazas, TV de alta definición de 39 pulgadas y acceso al balcón con vistas al océano.
-Baños: dos baños, toallas, champú de bienvenida, acondicionador y jabón, papel higiénico.
- Sala de estar: suelo de baldosa y muebles de estilo playero con cómodo sofá cama doble, acceso al balcón con vistas al océano, TV inteligente HD de 46 'con más de 70 canales por cable estándar y reproductor de DVD Roku, acceso a Internet de alta velocidad (conexión a Internet estándar) , Hulu y Netflix
-Cocina completamente equipada con electrodomésticos, platos, cuencos, toallas de papel, utensilios y utensilios de cocina
- Área de cena: asientos de mesa de comedor para cuatro personas, asientos adicionales para dos en el mostrador

Our Host Victor was awesome at responding back with us! The Palace Resort was very clean, and loved the space we had! Everyone there is so friendly! Loved how close we were to everything! We truly loved our stay!

Perfect location

Great condo on the beach with access to pool, hot tubs, beach, and fitness room. This place has everything you need for your family including comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a kitchen. Would stay again!

Perfect for Dance Comp

The condo was exactly as described and communication with host was fabulous. We had no issues with the stay and it was in perfect proximity to the convention center. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Myrtle beach getaway

Everything was great. Condo was clean, spacious and everything we needed was right there, Located right on the beach. Walking distance to dining, shops etc Had some issues with our flights but Victor was very accommodating for us. Thanks again for an enjoyable trip to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic, Quaint Stay

Our stay was fantastic, the location was perfect & the amenities were great. Our condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils, bedding for the pull out couch, & beach chairs. The communication with the owner was amazing, he checked in on us & was available for any questions. We couldn’t ask for anything more :)

Great location and Host!!!

Victor was a great host with a nice and clean condo. Really nice view of the beach from both bedroom balconies and a great location close to airport, but not too close. I would recommend a stay here and would stay at this location again!!!

April Golf Vacation

The condo was perfect for our golf vacation. Very clean, had everything we needed, great location on the beach. The attached parking garage was much appreciated. Victor was very helpful and responsive.

Very Enjoyable Vacation

Great stay. Host was very easy to communicate with. We loved being able to enjoy the ocean view, beach, as well as have access to the resort pool and spa. Location was very convenient. Loved having two balconies. This was my first VRBO experience being the one in charge of making our family plans and I would say all went smooth.

Birthday Getaway

The Unit was very clean and spacious for us 3. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean and hearing the waves all day. Property had security in the parking deck and the building. If we're in Myrtle Beach again we will stay with this host.

Our 2022 Fall Vacay in MB

Victor GREAT host. Checked on us several times. Unit has all needed for your week stay. One if our family members in wheelchair....they had no trouble getting round. Bathrooms not accessible but we made do!!!! THANK YOU!!!

4th of July Celebration

I rely on reviews so I will do my best. Would certainly stay here again! Location was great!!!! Unit was as described (could use some small touch ups). There were some beach items in the closest which were a nice surprise! On the 7th floor so not long to wait for elevator(which were never an issue). Parking garage elevators were never an issue either. Multiple pools and hot tubs that were never busy. Beach access was fabulous! Communication with owner was great. Only complaint would be either an extra set of bath towels or bring your own, because there is no washer/dryer in the unit, it is across the hall. Would certainly stay here again!!

The unit itself was very nice and clean and the owner of the unit was very easy to work with, he always got back to me immediatley. The unit had everythig you would need such as bedding, linens, pots and pans, dishes, etc. However we only were allotted four bath towels for three people for the week. Each floor had a washer and dryer, but in order to use them, you had to set up some sort of account. The owner of the unit offered for us to use his account and he'd pay for us to do the laundrey, but I told him no, it was ok, and we just made it work. The building that the unit was in, was run down, and not very clean. I felt the neighborhood wasnt the best. I wouldnt feel comfortable walking the streets at night to be honest. But I felt safe in the building and the actual unit.
