5 minute walk to the beach or less

The kitchen, dining, and living area were the highlights for us. Plenty of space to spend time with each other cooking and eating meals as well as playing games together. There isn’t much storage space for clothes or luggage, aside from some small closets in the bedrooms. I could walk out the door and be sitting on the beach under my umbrella in 10 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed the short walk to the beach and pier. There are also at least a couple good restaurants in short walking distance. The boardwalk is walking distance as well as mini golf. The host was great at communicating with us and helpful with questions and small accommodation requests. The included breakfast was a nice touch.

Absolutely perfect condo. Great host. Great location near everything. Very clean & well maintained. Host provided everything, even a basket full of snacks, 3 kinds of cereal, milk, coffee, bottled water, pretty much any thing you would need. I highly reccommend this property.

Nice stay

Pros- the room was clean and well stocked. The host communicated well with us. The snacks, milk and name brand toiletries indicated that the hosts care about providing a good experience. The house was within walking distance to the beach. Cons - there was very little parking, the room had some damage (although we were told the previous tenants had left the place a wreck when they left so it may not be the hosts fault) and at night there was an overwhelming smell of weed outside which made sitting out on the back deck unbearable. Overall this was a good trip. I liked the location. I felt like the host cared about our stay.

Does the Job

The good: location to attractions, 5 minute walk to the beach, plenty of towels provided, snacks provided upon our arrival! The not so good: pictures listed are not the unit that we were assigned, however we still had plenty of beds/arrangements for our group. The place needed a MAJOR deep clean. You can tell it was just quickly cleaned up from the previous group (hair on the floors, crumbs under furniture, the baseboards needed wiping) not to mention our feet were filthy every. single. day. The dishwasher did not work our entire stay even after messaging the property owner & them saying that it would be looked at by maintenance the next day. Definitely in a less desirable location, however it is close to restaurants, the beach and other attractions. Overall I would stay here again for the price. I would just ask for a more thorough cleaning beforehand.

Fantastic

Very close to the beach! The rooms fit our family of 8. The 3 bathrooms was a definite plus and the complimentary snack basket and milk and cereal came in hand with the kiddos! If we decide to make a trip to Myrtle again I would definitely book again with mike. :)

The Myrtle Beach experience

I booked this house for my family’s summer vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. Close proximity to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Host was very responsive and addressed all of our questions.

Good vacation location

We were disappointed with the layout of the property as it was not according to brochure and website. Master bedroom with king bed had no bathroom. Bathroom with bunk beds was the largest one. Bedroom with bathroom attached had small bedroom/bed. But overall we enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to activities

Awesome Property in Myrtle Beach

Our family of six stayed at this amazing apartment for our Myrtle Beach vacation. It was in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants and we loved the fact that we could park right in front of our apartment-we stayed in apartment C, lower level. The apartment was super clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows, blankets etc. We really appreciated the fact that there was bottled water in the refrigerator, snacks on the counter, and coffee, creamer, sugar available as soon as we walked in. Our host was super nice and answered my questions very quickly. We would definitely stay there again. Probably the best place we've stayed at in Myrtle Beach and we've been vacationing there for over 20 years.

We will be back

We were happy with our experience here. Our group of 8 adults and 2 babies had plenty of room to function. The property was located close enough to everything we love visiting while in town to walk. 4 minute walk to the Beach/ Pier! Very family friendly, and we felt safe as well.

Family Size Apartment for the win

My family very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Close to the beach to walk...closer to stores to shop! Fit 13 guest comfortably...made alot of memories at this location. The only thing i would say to add is family sized cookwear(bc we cook when we go out of town) bigger pots and pans and bake wear. That ALL!

Beach time fun!!

The property is very accessible to the beach, in walking distance (under 5 minutes). The 4 bedroom property lacked for nothing. It was weekend ready! There was also a grilling area, play area, pack-n-play, trundle, pullout sofa, W/D, iron along with ironing board which made our party of 6 adults and 5 children extremely comfortable. This is a place that we will continue to visit over and over again! Michael and Belinda are excellent hosts that are ready to answer any questions and provide what is needed for a GREAT STAY!!

July ‘22 Stay

The apartment was just as pictured and fully stocked as described. The beds were comfy and they towels plush. The modern design was sleek and nicely done. Being on the ground level was perfect and nice for loading and unloading. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes and quite enjoyable. We would stay again! The only disappointment was that the two bedrooms with the king beds did not have private bathroom (en suite). I would have thought that at least one would have had an en suite and be considered the master. Also I left some things of value behind (totally my fault) and asked if they could be returned to me. I never heard a reply one way or another. So check all your drawers and cabinets before leaving (as with anywhere)! But otherwise during our stay Michael was very responsive in getting back to us if we needed anything.
