The condo features a spacious king bedroom, allowing up to 2 guests to stay comfortably. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, private patio, free WiFi, and smart TVs for relaxing after a day at the beach or golf course.



The Space:

*1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Very spacious condo.

*1 king bed.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee. Please contact for more information

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
