Like all beach vacation rentals room 1004 the furniture shows signs of wear. Expect it due to high traffic and salt in the air. Balcony has absolutely zero privacy and is only about 3 foot deep. You are basically vacationing with everyone in the building. Pools are tiny but who cares when you have the ocean. Bring ear plugs and white noise because insulation is a minimum and the bed squeaks any move you make. Not uncomfortable however just way noisy. Bedroom has no door so guests sleeping on the sofa bed will hear you. Exhaust fan in bathroom totally inop as is it’s light. These to me are all small negatives when you have such a well supplied rental. We brought beach chairs, umbrellas etc no need all supplied with boogie boards. Kitchen is stocked with spices utensils dishes and all. Furniture is comfy and the electric fireplace is nice even in summer because heat can be turned off. The room was clean had amazing AC. Nice TVs if needed with lots of channels and on demand. Stellar views. No foul smells or anything. Day of we had 2 questions that never were answered. No one cares if parking passes are out of date btw. Staff all super nice. Enjoy but don’t be too bougie!
