    Welcome to the beach's Largest Indoor Resort Waterpark- At 15,000 square feet, this indoor water-wonderland for children of all ages features Myrtle Beach's largest and only adult-sized, indoor water slide. Drift along our 250' lazy river, play water volleyball or basketball, or melt away in our luxurious hot tubs. The Children's Oasis is filled with splash toys, games, and slides for endless hours of entertainment.

Great stay!

Room was as advertised and clean, everything worked as it should. Beach access was right there and the water park was great! Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed at Dunes many times before and this was the first time in this unit. This was a great property! The room was very clean and well stocked with the comforts of home. The owner was super responsive and great with communication! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to stay in this unit again.

We love Dunes village and this was our 4th trip there. First time staying in this condo and it was very nice. We will definitely be back!

Great trip

Easy check in great view. Loved the water park and master bath. Comfortable beds and couches. Even the pull out slept well with the memory foam Will rent again next year.

Overall good stay

Floors were dirty upon arrival air conditioner could not keep up with all bedrooms at night. Overall resort was nice and kids really enjoyed the water parks

We had a wonderful stay at the condo at the Dunes. There was five of us, 3 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space for all of us! It was very clean when we arrived and had a beautiful ocean view! The owner was wonderful about information and questions! It really was a great spot for our family who has different ideas for a beach vacation between the amount of pools and access to the beach. We purchased the breakfast buffet one morning at the resort and that was fantastic! The Dunes is located close to a lot of different attractions in the area, too! We easily drove to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and Murrell’s Inlet.

It was a very nice stay. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for use on the beach. I didn't try out the chairs so I cant say much about that. Everything was functional. It was a good visit and my grandkids had a blast.

Exceeded Expectations

The condo was perfect. Exceptional location with a view of the ocean and down the beach to the south. No high rise condo next door to block view. Resort was perfect for my granddaughter as the indoor water park and game area is geared for children. I hope to return to Pete’s condo this September.

Excellent

Third stay in Pete’s condo in the last 13 months. Once again a wonderful experience. The condo was clean, neat, and well stocked. Exceptional location with easy access to the beach, pool and water park. Great view from the balcony. Pete provides beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Kids love it. I am hoping to schedule another trip this fall.

Great stay

As my husband is in a wheelchair we were able to get him around the condo and as he has to be transferred from chair to bed with a lift we were able to get him in the bed with ease which makes things less stressful for us and the views were great…we enjoyed our stay!!!

Nice condo, good location

This property was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. There was minor wear and tear which would be expected. Excellent location and view of the ocean. They provided most of what you could want. The only negative about this was actually a problem with the resort itself and that was parking which was across the street and down about 1/2 block in a parking garage. Other than that, excellent stay (even during Hurricane Ian) and nice property.

Dirty

Looked like the cleaning crew did the bare minimum. If i hadn’t committed to stay there and paid already i would had left. Dirty floors, dirty under the beds, no cleaning supllies . Was by far one of the nastiest places ive stayed. Pool was cool and the water park was fun for the kids. But would never stay here or recommend anyone . It was so nasty and gross.

Good views, not-so-good beds

The condo was spacious enough for our family of five and offered beach toys for the kids and beach chairs for the adults. It’s on the fourth floor with more of a southern view of the ocean. The condo was clean when we arrived and check-in was easy. The only complaint we had were the beds. They were very uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on the box springs instead of a mattress. Otherwise, it was a good experience. We only went to the waterpark once for about 30 minutes. It was fun but the kids would rather be on the beach. It would be perfect on bad weather or red flag days. It also wasn’t crowded when we went in the evening before dark.

Great place

We found this place while out driving around one night and the kids went crazy over the water slides! We stopped and toured the property and was very impressed with the amount of staff and the cleanliness of the property! The place we were staying had a lot of teens and they had to close the pool because they had broken a railing . This place checked a lot of boxes for us, pools, stuff for the kids (especially on rainy days) bar, restaurants and oceanfront. I found a condo and we really enjoyed our stay this year, so much I booked already for next year. The condo side has access separate from the hotel and it was very quiet. The food was excellent and reasonably priced and the drinks were top notch and also reasonably priced. The kids had a blast and we felt safe as the property has locking gates . The parking is across the street and the front of the building gets crazy on check in days but overall this place is a 9/10 😎

Wonderful

We have stayed at this resort many times. This was the first time renting through vrbo. It was a flawless experience. We enjoyed not having to deal with a room key or wondering when housekeeping was going to show up. The room was spacious and clean. There are plenty of towels and a couple of blankets in the closet, in which I put on the bed. I need more than a sheet to cover up with. I ran the vacuum every day to pick up any sand and crumbs. The flooring is pretty and for the first time, our feet didn't turn black as it does when there is carpet. The view is gorgeous, and the amenities are perfect. Spacious pool decks, too. Great location. Friendly staff. We hope to rent again! Thanks Peter!

I love this area because it’s so laid-back. Not a bunch of traffic. The place was very spacious. The place was perfect for what we needed. We were able to cook some meals instead of always eating out. The amenities were a blast. Thank you!
