This beautiful newly renovated condo is located in a vintage iconic Art Deco style building in Prime location in heart of downtown Myrtle Beach ( North Ocean Blvd.) and it`s managed by a Super Host so you can expect 5 star service. Comes with comfortable living room and full Kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple Meals. It`s perfect for couples, family and group friends of eight. It`s perfect for relaxing and watching dolphins playing, walking distance to Pier 14 and watch Awesome fire works during the holidays.
Attention: Smart lock SELF check-in system, Please go straight to the unit, the code will be provided the date you arrive. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom summit button before you leave the property.
We follow Airbnb`s enhanced cleaning protocol which was developed with experts guidance, clean and sanitize the space for each stay. (before check in and after check out)
Must be clean and respectful guests!!! This is NOT a hotel room but our personal owned vacation condo, please treat it like it`s your own.
Please bring your favorite Beach/pool towels. You also can rent Beach chairs and umbrellas at beach managed by the City. ( 05/30-09/05)

Free parking for condo guests is available across the street in the assigned parking lots. Uber is easy way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.
Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and enjoy your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to the Ocean!! We believe you and your love ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

Family Vacation
It was a great central location to many dining options and recreation. Listing was accurate; views and access to the ocean were amazing.
Hosts were quick to respond to all inquiries and provided great communication which was appreciated.
It was a decent size for a family of 6, but definitely got tight (with suitcases, beach items, etc.).
It could probably use some easy updates such as;
- Having a rug at entrance for sand (with all vinyl flooring, we felt like there was sand EVERYWHERE)
- Extra towels (provided 6 small towels for 6 people on a 5-day stay and only option was for us to bring to a Laundromat, in which we didn’t want to spend our vacation doing)
- Furniture (counter stools and beds)
- Hooks for dying of bathing suits, towels, etc.

Perceived Quality Doesn't Align to Cost/Experience. ONLY A 2-3 STAR PROPERTY!!
The owners were quick to reply to questions. The unit was clean in the main areas. Sheets / bedding were clean. The location is near a lot of the tourist attractions. The staff managing the property seem friendly.
There was dirt / dust on the ventilation systems and in the bathrooms. The finishes are low quality (vinyl floors, painted cabinets, trims). The furniture is/was very cheap. Lots of Riff Raff around the building and even some inside the property (smoking at the pool area and other unsightly acts). Common areas are cleaned with some off-putting, intense industrial cleaners.
Owners branded this unit “Estella Lux.” The wording was an attempt at creating aura / mystique. Listing should have stated, “New Reno / High Floor Unit IN ATLANTICA RESORT.” They avoided a direct / clear reference to the exact property.
Listing accuracy serves only to ascertain the highest revenue for the unit, maybe unethical? We selected this listing based on Ocean Front, 2B/2BR, Highest $ to Lowest $. We assumed a higher quality experience by selecting based on higher price. Knowing what we paid and now knowing the Atlantica weekly rates, we overpaid SIGNIFICANTLY.
We requested if we could leave and receive some $ back. No refunds. We halfway and went to a new resort paying for 2 places. We hope the owners change their marketing.
Recommend VRBO calibrate listings to define property quality vs. price avoiding family’s paying 4/5 star prices for 2 star experiences!!
