    Settle down for a great vacation in this classic home located directly on the beach on the South end of Pawley's Island. This home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining area, and a living room with cable TV and wireless internet. Enjoy many views of the ocean while sitting on the seaside deck or enclosed porch. Or shift to the creekside deck for great sunsets. With two Queens and four Twins, original hardwood flooring throughout, a master bedroom opening to the deck, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, old brick fireplace, and an elevator for guest use, this home is sure to be a guest favorite!

The house is so cute and well maintained and the location couldn't be better. We lived on the porch with the windows open when we weren't by the water. It was so wonderful to be here the waves and feel the breeze all the time. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

What a great house!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great vacation enjoyed everything. The roof leaked during heavy rain which was almost every day. There were multiple leaks, 4 that we counted 3 in the living room and one in the kitchen. Gave me concern that there maybe a mold problem.

Great Location But House Needs Work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location. But the house needs work. First there was a lot of water coming in from the roof during a rainstorm. Turns out a lot of tiles were missing from the roof. Secondly the master bathroom needs a lot of work - the wallpaper is peeling and the shower rod is rusty. The couch in the living room is rattan and not very comfortable. The house is quite so an ious and has a nice sunroom.

Spent too much time putting out pots to catch water leaking in, then making sure the kids didn’t trip over them when playing inside. Would not stay again and think we should get some monetary compensation

Great Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay here. Couldn't have asked for a closer place on the beach. It was great!My only complaint is when we got there it was extremely hot in the house. It was set at 76 and said "keep at 76". That is way to hot to keep a house when its in the 90's. It did cool off once we lowered the temp but there was no way we could keep it at 76 and be happy and comfortable. The rooms don't seem to have good airflow and were stuffy. They have fans in the bedrooms so we used those. The place could use an updated AC unit. Thankfully the place eventually cooled off in all and we stopped sweating. The house itself was great and the locations is the selling point to this house. I would stay again. Staff was really nice when checking in!

The furnishings are tired but the house has "good bones" and feels good the moment you walk through the door. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time - first time at the little house. we usually stay at another house. great location can beat the view of the beach, screened in back was nice, house had some problems though. Kitchen sink was leaking and roof - we were mopping up water. quaint little house. just needs a good cleaning. I left a necklace behind, i believe it fell on the bathroom floor; called the office they said they would check on it and no one ever got back to me. that was disappointing. otherwise overall a good family time.

It is like coming home every year and have stayed here since the LITTLES bought the house in early 80’s. The location is perfect with beach out the front door and creek in the back. You can experience sun rise over the ocean and sun set at the creek. A PERFECT house to enjoy the true atmosphere of Pawley’s island. Tidelife RENTALS is the best. Marion Anderson

Reviewer Comments: We had a good time but we had problems with the ceiling leaking in the living room in 2 places the cabinet over the sink in the kitchen leaked and we had fleas in one of the bedrooms and some roaches not palmetto bugs in the bathroom and living room.
