.Our condo is an end unit (third floor ) with vaulted ceilings facing Arrowhead Golf Course holes #3 and #4 on the Cypress (9) side in the Riverwalk complex.It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed that can be split into two twin beds. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There are three ceiling fans with adjustable speeds for your convenience. Both bathrooms have heat lamps and new high-power exhaust fans. The unit is located in the central part of Myrtle Beach on the inland waterway close to the intersection of Highway 501 and the 17 bypass.

For your enjoyment, the facility has two outdoor swimming pools with Jacuzzi/spa features and one indoor swimming pool. The grounds are also equipped with a private outdoor gas grill, a charcoal grill, and picnic areas next to the swimming pools. Parking is included

No motorcycles /trailers /pets /smoking, or parties are allowed by the owner or HOA.
Must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent

Perfect, pretty and spotlessly clean

Just returned from a perfect Christmas stay here doing what we love, playing golf. The condo was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It felt like a home from home with all the personal touches in the decor - doesn't feel like a rental at all. We will be back.

If you are looking for a quiet place that is close to everything but not in the middle of high traffic areas this is your place! Condo is equipped with everything you could need, just show up and enjoy! Owners have thought of everything! We will be back again

Excellent - our second stay here and every bit as good as the first. Returning again soon.

We have stayed in several similar condos in Myrtle Beach and this is far and away the best of them. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped (Keurig for the coffee addicts and an electric kettle for tea addicts like this Brit). Rich is very responsive to any requests. Great views of Arrowhead golf course from the balcony and other windows - enjoy your early morning tea or coffee on the balcony and watch golfers hitting off the tee over the water.

Exactly As Advertised

We are very familiar with Arrowhead and have stayed here many times. The pools are awesome and proximity to everything is perfect without being caught up in all the craziness of Myrtle Beach! The unit was very clean and well stocked and Rich was very easy to work with. I appreciated the extra touches Rich and his team put into this unit.

Immaculately clean.

I was incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The condo was in great condition and roomy. The owners have equipped the condo with everything you may need and even the things you may not think you need. Rich was helpful and responded within a few hours every time. My personally loved watching all the birds and squirrels from the porch. Will be returning.

Clean and quiet

2 things I never get in a hotel is "clean and quiet"...this unit was clean and quiet, had everything we needed to have a great weekend. Location was great as it was close to the airport, and close to Coastal Carolina campus, as we were in Myrtle to see a college basketball tournament at the HTC Center. The unit owner Rich was also very helpful...responded quickly to my calls/texts, made things nice and easy for us...even helped me get hooked up with a golf company to get me tee times (I played at Arrowhead Golf Course on Saturday and had a great time). I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for clean and quiet...only thing to know is that the good part about it being on the 3rd/top floor, corner unit, also has a down side in that you have to climb 3 sets of steps to get there. It was not a big deal for us, but it might be for someone who doesn't know there isn't an elevator (sorry, please correct me if there is/was and I didn't see it). In summary, if/when I return to Myrtle again, I will reach out to Rich first and see if his unit is available. Thanks for a great stay! Jeff

Perfect stay

This condo was perfectly located to the places we wanted to go, Coastal Carolina University, MB State Park and North Myrtle. It was 20 minutes to all. Very nice neighborhood with nice pools. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We would stay again! Thank you Rich!

We have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world :US, Mexico, Europe, New Zealand, Tahiti, Costa Rica. This is probably the best and most well-appointed rental we’ve ever experienced. The place is spotless, Rich is an excellent host and everything was easy. It was a beautiful, quiet place right on the golf course and they had everything supplied! It felt like we were staying in our own cozy home. We really loved it!
