    This resort condo comfortably accommodates 4 to 6 adults. The master bedroom features a Swing king bed, which easily converts into two twin beds, offering flexibility for your sleeping arrangements. In the second bedroom, you'll find two cozy twin beds. Unlike a typical hotel room, our River Crossing condos feel more like a well-maintained and inviting home. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a convenient Keurig coffee maker. The dining area offers plenty of space for enjoyable meals, and the living room features a new couch and comfortable seating. Step out onto the balcony and relish the views as golfers tee off on the greens.

    River Crossing boasts a picnic area with grills and a spacious pool, perfect for relaxation and leisure. Barefoot Resort, just across the bridge from Barefoot Landing, offers a plethora of activities and entertainment options.     River Crossing #1224 is a second floor condo with no elevator. Please note that this unit is strictly non-smoking, does not permit pets or motorcycles, and requires a minimum stay of 2 nights in the off-season and 3 nights during the prime season.

    For booking and stay, all guests must be 25 years or older, and a responsible adult over the age of 25 must be present at all times.

Great clean comfy condo

I would definitely stay here again if I went back to North Myrtle Beach. It was clean, modern, comfy, and updated. It was comfortable for my family of 4. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The back porch on the golf course was lovely to sip coffee and have a cocktail.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The pool right across the parking lot was perfect for my family. We did go to the saltwater pool as well which was very nice.

Exactly as you see

Beautiful home, everything you need. Will stay again. Only issue was people staying above us sounded like the kids were wrestling and running none stop, everyday we stayed. Pool parking for North Tower was never really explained but last day I finally figured it out. We enjoyed everything about the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo and location. For the most part things went great, but I have just a couple of concerns to pass along: (1) there were several black hairs on the ‘clean’ towels in the master bath (we did not use them), (2) the fireplace did not work, (3) the curtains in the master BR did not close completely so I used a hair clip to keep them shut for privacy, and (4) we could hear our neighbors through the master BR wall. Luckily I travel with earplugs my husband and I could use. Overall it was a very nice, roomy space and we liked being “on campus” and close to golf. The convenience store a couple blocks away was really nice. We’d definitely consider staying again and would recommend Barefoot to others.

Nice and quiet place to stay in the heart of NMB

Love the location of this property tucked away in the Barefoot Landing Resort in the heart of NMB. Public Beach access is only 5 minutes away and parking at or near the access was convenient. This unit feels spacious and private and was very clean. I look forward to returning to NMB and hope to book this same unit again.

Vacation 2020

The condo was perfect for our family. Just wish the pool would have been working. We tried to use the pool pass at Tower 1 but it would work. Other than that everything was great!
