      Carolina Cottage (habitación de 5 camas, 5. 5 baños) Y Hideaway (2013) (5 habitaciones, 5. 5 baños) son nuevas unidades adyacentes de la casa de playa con imágenes reflejadas. Se pueden alquilar JUNTOS o POR SEPARADO para bodas o reuniones familiares. ¡Juntos ofrecen 10 dormitorios, 11 baños y capacidad para 28 personas!
    'Carolina Cottage AND Hideaway son unidades de casas de playa con lo mejor de ambos mundos; a una cuadra del Océano Atlántico en frente y situado en el tranquilo Garden City Marsh en la parte de atrás. La propiedad está ubicada en una calle tranquila con poco tráfico.

    Pase sus mañanas jugando en la playa y sus tardes pasando el rato en su piscina privada con vistas a la marisma con las garcetas, águilas pescadoras y pelícanos. La puesta de sol sobre el pantano es impresionante. Si está preparado para eventos más emocionantes, pruebe CRABBING, SHRIMPING o FLOUNDER FISHING desde el muelle (quién sabe, ¡puede atrapar lo suficiente para brindarle a su familia una excelente cena de mariscos!) ¡La vida es buena en Carolina Cottage and Hideaway!

    Ambas casas están decoradas de manera comparable con un colorido tema de playa. La cocina viene completamente equipada y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. CADA unidad tiene DOS DORMITORIOS PRINCIPALES, uno está en el piso principal y el otro está arriba. Wonderful interactions with owner. Everything was perfect. Plenty of room for large families. Super close to the beach. Enjoyed the dock on the marsh way more than we thought. There was even some crab traps there and we caught some blue crab!

Awesome Family Vacation

Our host Linda is amazing. The house was perfect. Amenities were great and made our stay a home away from home. Clean , spacious, great location. Great restaurants and activities nearby. Will definitely recommend!!!

Great space with private baths for every room

Great house, plenty of space, even an extra half bath outside of the ones allotted for each of the 5 bedrooms. Balconies for each room, plenty of parking and an overall great experience. The owner was super nice and personable, she made the experience so easy and comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again.

Family Fun

We enjoyed our stay very much. Linda was a joy to work with...she quickly responded to our questions and provided solutions to any concerns. The house is very well designed with a bathroom attached to each bedroom...perfect for our 3 generation family. The pool is clean and delightful to use. We also enjoyed the dock and easy beach access.

This house and location were excellent for our group of 8 (was originally 11). The house has plenty of space and an amazing location. The private pool, deck and dock were a highlight of our trip. We were allowed to check in early which was great since we had spread out flights for our group. The host was super quick to respond and even had her spouse bring us wasp spray within 20 minutes of requesting it. The only negative worth noting and not necessarily at the owners control, is the neighboring house to the north has direct view into the pool from their dock. Our first night myself and 2 daughters were trying to hang out in the pool and the guests staying there kept staring at us. It was awkward.

Garden City Vacation

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our extended family. The pool was great, especially after spending time on the beach. We caught some fish in the inlet in the back but they weren’t keepers. Would definitely recommend renting this property if coming to Garden City.

Great Stay!

This property was perfect for our group of 7 adults & 1 child. Plenty of parking, lots of bathrooms & bedrooms. The pool & dock were enjoyable too. About 1.5 blocks from the beach. Owner was great to work with & quick to respond to questions. Very clean too!

A great family time together

The house was as described. The location was great. Very nice to have a private pool. Grown kids and grandchildren enjoyed catching crabs off the dock. The dock was very nice, sunsets were beautiful across the marsh. Great space for everyone to have their own private bed and bath. I would recommend this house.

Family Vacation

We could not have been more pleased with the house and the location. Fun riding golf carts to most areas we needed or wanted to go. The beach was not crowded at all. Linda and Dennis (owners) were wonderful and answered all our questions promptly. Highly recommend this property!!

There were 14 in our family and the house was very comfortable and clean. Outdoor space was great. The pool has a leak and we had to fill it with the garden hose which was not a problem. The only other thing is that the kitchen could use some more dish towels and wash clothes. Great location! Would definitely rent it again.

Location,location,location

The space was very roomy and quite comfortable. It has the best of both worlds. I particularly love the salt marsh. Which the house is located on. For those who wanted the ocean, you could throw a rock and hit it. Literally one block to get to public access. Perfect.

This House is Perfect for big families.

The house was nicely equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. The bedrooms where very nice and clean. 5 bathrooms was awesome! Esp for big groups. Nice pool and lounge area out back and a nice deck for fishing on the marsh! I highly recommend this house! Until next time! Ryan and the crew!
