The lack of efficiency was very inconvenient as we reported that the refrigerator was not working properly. We arrived on Sunday, put our groceries in the fridge, and turned on the ice maker. Monday morning, there was no ice, our groceries were not cold, and the freezer had a lot of condensation in it. We called Vacasa Monday afternoon. They sent someone on Tuesday who openly admitted that he knew nothing about refrigerators and that he would talk to his boss. Someone else came on Wednesday and reset the settings which we had already done which didn't change anything. On Thursday, someone came and replaced the baking soda box. By this time, we had to throw out our food in the fridge. This inconvenience, along with having no ice, made for a stressful vacation. We notified the owner on Thursday. Friday, a certified plumber came and replaced the blower fan. He commented that had Vacasa called a plumber on Monday, it could have been fixed on Tuesday. Shame on you, Vacasa. Compensation for a stressful week due to your negligence is appropriate.
