Nice having the luggage transport carts available at the offloading and onloading area. Needed to contact host to inform re a cleaning supervisor showed up at the door shortly after check in and she said she needed to come in to re set the circuit breakers in order for the washing machine to work. Pic on vrbo site showed long table on deck which was not there. Wi-Fi required a password that was not easily available in unit. Hosts were very responsive with our communications. Kitchen well equipped for making meals but unit could use a new coffee maker since broken one in cabinet and counter one parts easily fall apart when setting it up. Nice to have the washer and dryer in unit. Overall the unit was very clean and in a great location with wonderful views of the ocean from the balcony and multiple pool options. Would recommend a stay in this family friendly resort.

Nice place

Fit our needs well. Nice location. Beds comfortable and good shower pressure. Close to everything in Myrtle and North Myrtle. Washer and dryer on the smaller size and dryer slow to dry towels, but otherwise a great condo. Balcony is nice. I attached a photo of part of the balcony view.

Great condo!

Plenty of space for everyone! Nicely stocked kitchen. Owner was responsive when we asked about no hot water in the shower. After doing as we were advised, (run it for a while-tanks are on the roof) everyone got a hot shower!

Great Family Vacation!

We loved our stay at this Ocean Reef condo! We had our adults kids and two grandsons with us and everyone said it was their favorite family vacation yet! Check-in and check-out were easy, staff were friendly and informative, and the resort was clean and safe. The property manager was great to work with too and no issues came up. The condo itself had everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t need them, but to let others know there was a pack-n-play and a high chair there. There were some beach toys and a few boogy boards in the front closet. You’ll get cards to check-out pool towels. The pool restaurant and bar had great food and drinks. The only negative we had was that at various times some elevators weren’t working, so that took some extra time, but we do understand that there were a lot of people there. We all loved the ocean view sitting out on the balcony. Lots of fun things to do in Myrtle Beach outside of the resort too. There are fireworks at Broadway at the Beach on Tuesdays and Fridays. We highly recommend this condo and area! Thank you! Lori & Brent

Well equipped space with beautiful views!

Space was roomy and well maintained. Property was dated and not as well kept. Although we were given access cards, they were never needed and the property was open to everyone. I found that to be a safety issue. Great beach access. Kids loved the pool and lazy river. Beach towels and chairs would have been a welcome plus.

Family Fun

The unit was clean, beds were comfortable and having an ocean view was, as we expected, beautiful. Grandchildren enjoyed the outdoor water features. Having to park across the street and perhaps having to park at the opposite end of the parking lot was really a pain! This is really our only complaint. But if you’re young, it may not be.

Wonderful Stay for Families

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious and clean. The balcony was great; especially the beach front views. We also had use of the resort’s parking lot and multiple pools (which the kids loved). Highly recommend the accommodation for families.

What was expected

The room was great, with a a great view from the balcony. The pools were what we expected and you are right on the beach. The only negative was it is a decent ways from boardwalk and town center, but that was more on us for not paying much attention to that. The rooms were clean and the host was great with communication.

Owner was efficient and easy to work with; condo was absolutely everything in the description…just beautiful. Area was also perfect for a stay in the winter. Resort was fantastic with plenty to keep our 20-something adult children entertained!

It was a Great time

the property was very good. It was clean. My sisters and I were able to have a fantastic time without worry. We slept very well. Our only issue was the dining room chairs were hard. Nothing that a little cushion won't fix. The living room furniture can use an upgrade. I would definitely stay again.

Family Vacay

This is a property that we have stayed at for many years. Not through VRBO, but at this hotel through normal reservations. For the most part it was just like staying in the hotel, with the exception of no daily maid service. But, we were okay with that. We had one incident where a toilet was leaking, and the owner had someone there within the day to take care of the problem. There was plenty of room for all of us. Overall, it was a great week, spent with family.

Amazing Vacation!

We loved staying here! Condo is beautiful! We absolutely loved the balcony! Amazing views of the beach! Beds were very comfortable. We also loved having room to relax:) Master bedroom and other far bedroom does get warm at night.!we kept bedroom door open to help. Other opposite bedroom has a fan in closet to help. There is only one elevator in the north towers. On the south end there are 4. Pools and Beach very nice.. kitchen had everything we needed.. We would stay again.
