Great Rental, close to beach

This is a great condo. 4 bedrooms and two have bathrooms. Very clean and modern. 2-3 blocks from the beach. Host answers quickly and is friendly.

Super Host on Another Level!!

I'm big on communication, and the hosts delivered! Also, they are the nicest most accommodating hosts we've experienced. Provided milk, then messaged me saying if regular milk wasn't our preference for whatever reason, they wouldn't gladly replace it. Come on, who does that???? Awesome couple! Awesome people! Place is beautiful, clean and conveniently positioned. My next visit to Myrtle Beach, I'm definitely booking with them again! Thank you!

Very Nice Apartment, Would Stay Again!

I booked this 4-bedroom apartment on short notice and was very pleased with it. We are able to bring our small dog with us on the trip which was a plus. Mike sent out the information for entry into the apartment promptly and stayed in touch with me throughout our stay. My husband and mother-in-law met the property manager, Belinda, the day prior to us leaving, and shared how nice she was. The apartment was very clean and my family and I loved the basket of snacks, waiting on the bar, and complementary half-gallon of milk, when we arrived. The cereal and coffee were also a nice touch. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment was nice and quiet and we loved that the apartment was close to the beach and there were a lot of places to eat. The only problem that we had throughout our stay was the remotes to the televisions in the bedrooms did not work properly and we didn't have internet service for the first night we were there. Belinda was informed of the problems with the remotes and offered to get the maintenance person out to fix the problems, but we declined as we were checking out the next morning. I was also a little disappointed that the apartment we stayed in did not match the pictures in the listing!! The dryer in the apartment did not work very well, but Belinda shared that they would be installing industrial washers/dryers in the apartments in the near future. All in we were very pleased and would stay again, but it would have to be a ground-floor apartment!

Generally good experience

The location was a little seedy, although not too far from the beach (~5 min. walk). Definitely doable with young kids. Property was well stocked with essentials (coffee, cereal, snacks, toilet paper, toiletries) and was nicely updated. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were a huge plus. Michael, the property manager, was very responsive from booking to checkout.

Close to the beach and boardwalk ( walking distance ) .Accomodations were nice. Had a problem with the air conditioning, and someone was there quickly to fix the problem. All in all, it was a great vacation! We would rent again.

Depends on what your looking for. Might be perfect for some, it was for us!

Our family is easy going and intended to spend little time at the VRBO so we could be at the beach. So for us this was a perfect fit and worked out well. This comes with a cautionary notations though. This is definitely no 5 star resort. The beds are HARD! The cleanliness could use some work (dirty floors turn socks black within a couple hours) And the location may be off putting to some as there is an automotive shop next door than people kept loudly screaming at each other at and a vacant fast food building in the shared parking lot. Also getting ahold of the property management is nearly non existent and we had to call to get our check in information instead of it being proactively sent. Pros, it was bug free, well stocked with cooking amenities, the a/c worked amazing! Washer and dryer work great, and the room sizes were nice and multiple bathrooms helped us all get ready quickly. property management left us alone and we got to enjoy our time. Additionally the access to the beach being just a few blocks was perfect! And it's a bit away from the main stretch so it was a bit less crowded wich we enjoyed! The main hang out space was well layed out and comfortable to fit all of us which was a big perk for us! For our group, being able to stay all together, it was perfect and would recommend, the positives far outweigh the negatives! For those a bit more particular on cleanliness/location, you would probably dislike this site.

Location Location Location

Great family friendly place. Property manager was great and very on the ball. Short easy walk to the beach and many shopping and food places within a short distance. Comfortable for a large group (10+). We'll definitely be back!!!!

Everything was wonderful. Nothing was misleading about the pictures. Walking distance to beach was approximately 2 blocks nor far at all. The accommodations at the apartment was terrific. A True Example of Excellent Hospitality!

This VRBO property is a excellent place to stay if you want a great vacation spot. The accommodations were very nice and modern and everything was very clean. It's in walking distance to the beach but off the beaten path of all the traffic from the boardwalk. The host and property management were in constant communication with us and were very accommodating. We plan to return next year. I would recommend this place to anyone!
