The condo was clean, great fridge space - somewhat limited pots and pans for cooking but plently of dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable. Housekeepers were still there at check in time but only about 15-20 minutes. Pool was clean - nice proximity to the beach and shops.The quiet time rules were not observed at least two nights - the last night being the worst and lasting untl about 4 in the morning. Attempts to contact the office were fruitless as we were told to call the police or find the security man who we never saw.

The condo was spacious with lots of bedrooms, and offers an easy access to the beach, but the area/location is very loud. You can hear every footstep taken in the condo above. The balcony over looks the pool, which some may like, but it is very noisy and you hear all the children screaming. The condo's bathrooms and kitchen needs to be updated and/or be deep cleaned.

Housekeeping

This is probably my 5th stay at the Villa. And probably won’t be my last. My complaint is the floors were dirty and the shower curtains had block spots on them that look like mold. It may not been mold but it would be a good idea to replace them.

Moms and kids getaway trip

The house was in a great location. We were within walking distance to the beach and the kids had a great time at the pool/ hot tubs. We had more than enough space in this home for everyone. Only complaint would be the cleanliness of the space. There was black grime in the jets of the tubs and on the shower doors. We had to clean them before we could use them. There was also dirty dishes in the cabinets and we had to wash the dishes before we could use them. We found just shy of a dozen nerf bullets that had been left behind from previous guests that wasn’t cleaned up before hand. They also didn’t supply much for cleaning so it was frustrating to go and buy supplies to clean up after the previous guests. Overall, we had a fun trip with the kids at the beach.

Family Getaway

The space was amazing and it was definitely enough room for everyone. The only thing I didn’t like was that the downstairs pull out couch was very dirty. We were able to adjust the sleeping arrangements accordingly and we still enjoyed our stay. Everything else was perfect.

Golf vacation

Everything was fine once we got some things fixed. Several of the showers were pathetic but got maintenance to replace shower heads over a 3 day period so that was taken care of. The 4 slice toaster only had 1 working slot but we made due with that as well. All in all, we had a good time

Overall, our stay was great! My only comment would be to watch your step coming in off the balcony. It was clean and the description was very accurate for the accomidations. . You want to be sure to make the drive to Murrels Inlet that area is worth the drive,

Perfect for our needs had three units 6 bedroom each

Overall outstanding accommodations. I wanted to let you know one unit 104B the bathroom was not clean at all. Plus some tubberware had mold on it.... This seems as a need for someone to check after the cleaning crew that are not doing what you want them to do....

Highly Recommend

Really love this unit. Our second time staying here and will definitely be back. Clean and well maintained with many upgrades since our last visit. Very comfortable with plenty of room for our group of 12 and the host was prompt and easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well stocked and the two refrigerators a real bonus as was the easy access to the garage for carrying food and groceries. Thanks for hosting us and we look forward to staying again this summer.

Not A Good Experience

If all you care about is walking across the street to the beach then go ahead...pay top dollar. If anything else matters stay away. The mattresses have 1970 technology. Our group ranged from 48-72 years old. Try playing a round of golf then coming back to sleep on a bed of the cheapest spring systems money will buy...OUCH! Wiping down the counters day one was gross. The sofas and other sitting pieces are as uncomfortable as the mattresses. We weren't informed about limited parking spots until just before the trip. We ended up spending an additional $150 in City parking passes & my car was hit while parked on the street. Apparently there was a known problem with the door code system but nobody made us aware. 1/2 the group sat outside for nearly an hour while i tried to reach the company provided to figure out how to get in the unit. They never answered and never called back. I had to email the owner, ?maybe?, to get a response. Try getting into a unit a different way through an email conversation. Obnoxious! Pick up the phone and talk me thru it for cry'n out loud! Not worth the $ spend.

Great for Golf

8 Guys stayed here. Comfortable with plenty of room. Close to the courses we played and to the airport and restaurants. Have stayed at this complex 3 times, first time in this unit. This has been the nicest so far. Unfortunately keypad entry didn't work so we had to use keys. A little inconvenient but didn't cause any issues. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place with reasonable rates. Easy walk to the beach as well.

Golf Trip

Outstanding accommodations. 12 guys in Myrtle for Golf trip. Loved the Condo. Very large, everyone had a Bed. 5 Bathrooms worked great. Enjoyed large Livingroom for watching games on big screen, playing cards, hanging out. Nice Kitchen, 2 Fridges . Balcony was a good spot to socialize and enjoy the outdoors. Great location, close to everything. Only complaint, a little noisy. They need security to shut down partying groups that went until 4 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. morning.
