Set within the well-kept Magnolia North community, enjoy peaceful golf course surroundings along with access to the community pool and relaxing outdoor spaces. It’s a quiet, comfortable setting that feels tucked away while still being close to Myrtle Beach.



Getting Around:

Just minutes from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, golf, dining, shopping, and entertainment. A car is recommended for exploring, though rideshare services are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

▶︎ Parking

• Complimentary parking for up to 2 passenger vehicles (MAX)

• No bicycles, golf carts, trailers, mopeds, boats, RV's, motorcycles, busses, trikes, watercraft, oversized vehicles or commercial vehicles (monitored by the HOA)



▶︎ Rental Agreement

• A completed rental agreement and a valid photo ID must be submitted within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if not received in a timely fashion.



▶︎ Age Requirement

• Magnolia Pointe HOA policies require all guests reserving the condo must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. You will be asked to provide proof of ID as a part of the rental agreement.



▶︎ Pest Control

Scheduled, routine pest control service is on the 2nd Tuesday each month. HOA requires access for scheduled pest service; we kindly ask guests to allow entry.



▶︎ Privately Managed

• We’re available daily from 7AM–11PM to assist with check in, check out, and stay-related concerns. For arrivals after 11 PM, please message us in advance so we can plan for your arrival. Messages received overnight may have a delayed response.
