Chaotic & Disapponting &Non Commicative
This Property had a multitude of non working things, as well as the initial door code sent to me being wrong. There is hole in tne wall behind the bed, looks to be an old electric receptacle hole. I virtual chatted and received the manager's contact phone number. I calledBrent Whitehall, the manager and left a message on his phone. I also, texted him and said that the code was incorrect, then I emailed him To contact me ASAP immediately. He did not contact me, but an older woman, who appeared at my door with a piece of paper that had a code. She didnt introduce herself, i thought she was from maintenance, because I contacted them too. She put the code in my door &handed me the piece of paper and left. it worked!!! This was 1 hour after my 4 p.m. check in time & traveling 4 hours to get here. Needles to say. I will not be staying at any of his properties, due to this situation l. I did speak to him on Saturday when he called me. He did not apoligize or even offer sny concessions for what happened. He was very condescending & raised his voice to me. I told him i did not appreciate his tone of voice and if he continued i would hang up. All he spoke about was his other properties and how sometimes things break. I said to him this conversation is about my situation and noone elses. So ending the conversation, he offered no compensation for what happened or the broken things in the condo!!
