Condominio frente al mar con vista despejada en el primer piso. Area es una gran escapada familiar con la unidad se encuentra en un callejón sin salida. La unidad está recién pintado y decorado con un tema tropical. El salón y los tres dormitorios tienen TV y reproductor de DVD. Proyectado en el balcón de la sala de estar y balcón en suite privada están amuebladas con mesas y sillas para el ocio al aire libre. La unidad tiene una lavadora y secadora y espacio para almacenamiento en el porche de entrada para artículos de playa para su conveniencia.

Desembarco del pelícano tiene dos piscinas con tumbonas, parrillas y mesas de picnic, parque infantil y piscina para niños en esta hermosa propiedad ajardinada. Dos elevadores, carros de equipaje y aparcamiento cubierto están disponibles para su conveniencia.

A poca distancia de un pequeño supermercado, bar y parrilla, entretenimiento en vivo, scooters y bicicletas, y sacar los alimentos. Las excursiones de pesca, tiendas incluyendo Tanger Outlet, comestibles, golf, y numerosos lugares de interés están a poca distancia. Great location

We love the Shore Drive area & have been staying there for 15 years. We needed to find a 3 bedroom place & this more than fit the bill especially being ocean front. The rental process was easy & the condo was clean with a layout that was perfect for us.

Great vacation rental

This condo was great, it’s all new and updated and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is stocked well with anything you would need to cook. We have been to pelicans before and this condo is definitely one of the nicer ones. Ron and Carol made the whole process very easy.

Annual family trip

We stay at Pelicans landing every year and always have a freat experience. This ywar the unit we stayed in fitnour needs perfectly. We have stayed there before and fornthe last fee ywars weve had family stay in that unit. Always a wonderful time. Owners are fabulous to deal with and their condo is well taken care of ans feels like home.

Perfect ocean views

Our family loved this condo! It had an amazingly beautiful view to the ocean with palm trees and dunes. Kitchen had everything you needed and your own laundry. The elevator and grocery carts really helped with loaded and unloaded your gear. The place was well maintained. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the use of your beautiful condo!

4th of July

Condo was clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space for a family of 5. Everything mostly as expected. It’s a little out of the way to attractions and happenings but not bad. We enjoyed the pools atmosphere and beach access. Would have been 5 stars easy if the beds weren’t so hard.

Girls trip 2022

Had such a fantastic week with the girls at this condo. Wonderful area and oceanfront views were great! Unit was laid out well and mostly clean. We did find dirt/dust along the baseboards and beside dressers but nothing we couldn’t wipe up quickly ourselves. We did get a surprise visit from some very large cockroaches over the course of the week. Check in/check out was easy and fast. Beach access was super close and pool was great. Overall would stay here again.

Amazing!

We used to stay every year at Pelicans Landing in a unit owned by a friend of my husband! He sold his unit and we haven’t been back in a few years! When we found this unit we were ecstatic! It was nextdoor to the unit we always rented! Our stay this time was perfect! It is the cleanest rental I have ever been in! The location is perfect and we had everything we needed! We love this place and are so happy we have found another unit to hopefully be able to come back to every year!

Great condo and vacation June 2023

The condo is in a low-rise building we were on the first floor overlooking the pool right off the elevator though there was no noise. Very convenient to get to the pool and the beach within 2 to 5 minutes. The owner has extra chairs and Beach shovels and buckets for the kids. Plenty of towels. The condo is perfect actually seem better than the pictures. Nice to have the laundry right there in the condo so we can keep things dry. definitely recommend this condo

Myrtle Beach Rental

This three bedroom condo, two bathrooms, was very clean and a wonderful location for a family vacation. We had four adults and one child that was two. The condo is on the first floor and was so convenient for parking and going to the beach. I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to return next year.

Excellent location and spacious condo!

Our extended family of 7 had a fabulous stay. The condo was beautiful, spacious and so close to the ocean! The pool was never crowded during the entire week. I highly recommend this unit to others. I hadn't been to Myrtle Beach before but I absolutely fell in love with the location. We were just steps away from the beach which made it so easy to go back and forth when the kids needed a break, etc. Anywhere that we wanted to go (Broadway at the Beach, Bruster's Ice Cream, Johnny Disney breakfast, etc was a simple 20 minute car ride. I loved having the screened porch at the entryway for beach toys as well as the laundry room. The quick wash cycles in both the washer ans dryer were fabulous and it only took 60 minutes total to wash and dry a load of clothing. That helped out during our week! The pool water was great and the kids loved swimming each night until the pool closed at 10pm. We were always able to get a pool lounger, too. I hope to come back again!
