We had a wonderful stay at this property! The interior finishes are beautiful and give the space such a welcoming feel. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear the home is very well cared for. The property manager was excellent—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. It was a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed vacation rental!

Mini family Vacation

Nice property. Love the location. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. We loved the balconies to sit out and relax.Everything was clean. We had a minor issue with the TV remotes missing and the TV not working. James had the issues fixed within a day or two.In my opinion, the house doesn't have enough couches in the living room for the whole family to sit without sitting at the dining room table. No pizza pan which made it hard to bake a pizza. Reminder: they only supply one small bottle of shampoo and a bottle of dish soap. Be prepared to bring all essentials with you. For the price you pay, you shouldn't have to bring anything. I own a cleaning business, and we provide everything for your stay.Overall, we had a great time, so book this place, and you won't be disappointed with staying here.

We booked last minute for the 4th of July weekend. Our host quickly reached out to us to settle final booking details. The home was lovely and 2 blocks from the beach. It was nicely decorated and perfectly clean. If we stay in Myrtle Beach again, we’ll definitely book here.

House is perfect and in a perfect location. It was very easy to cook in the kitchen, it had everything we needed to cook with. I hope to stay a week and maybe get the house next door also.

Enjoyed our Christmas Beach Trip

Had a few hiccups at check-in. We called the number given and management called us and apologized and put us in the A-unit instead since our house wasn’t ready. After the delay of check-in the rest of our visit was a blast! I gave this trip 5 stars still because I understand things can happen when your depending on others to do their jobs that sometimes people let the ball drop! The house we stayed in was clean and we we’re very pleased with our Christmas stay at the beach.

Family Vaca

It was centrally located to everything we needed. However, it could have been a bit more clean. The stove top looked like it had not been cleaned in a while and walking in bare feet the bottoms of you foot would be black but other then that. There was dust around the wall at the floors and some cob webs above the cabinets. I know it is hard to keep a place like that spotless but those were just a few concerns. But other then that we had a nice relaxing vacation. Thank you

overall excellent property / property manager not so much

the property was great. the only negative was that the code the property manager gave us was incorrect and I stood outside in the 90 heat for an hour and 1/2 before he responded to my calls and emails to get the correct code. Not a great way to start the rental but after that all was well.

Family Fun

Our family of 5 (+ our precious dog) had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It was very very clean. The short walk to the ocean was perfect. It was everything we desired for a relaxing week.
