Our stay was wonferful! The condo waz exactly as described. Loved the refrigerator having an ice maker & water dispenser. The view of the ocean was breathraking!!! This was my first trip back to the beach in close to 30yrs & my hisbands first trip ever to the beqch. Our son came with us to celebrate his 22nd birthday. We had a wonderful vacation

The condo was very clean and we loved the location. We also appreciated the chairs/umbrella being available for our use! The only con (if that’s what you want to call it) was the building layout. I was very confused my first trip up to the room and then making my way back down to the lobby/ parking lot.

Rental manager was helpful and great at responding to questions in a timely manner. Pros are the amenities, comfort, great views of the ocean, and location to the beach. Con: the secluded back bedroom is only a full / not a queen, and wasn't large enough for me and my spouse to sleep comfortably together. I'd suggest a queen bed be added to the back bedroom near the balcony. There would still be room for the Murphy if it's needed.

Great location

This condo is on a great resort on the beach. It's close to the airport and plenty of restaurants. There are a lot of pools, some indoor which were nice on rainy days. Checking in was very easy and there were very clear instructions for everything in the condo. We hope to book again in the future!

Condo was very clean and organized. 2 bed 2 bath worked out perfectly for us. Unit is a little smaller than we expected but is very manageable for 4 adults or a family of 4 or 5. The beach accessories available were an added bonus of not having to purchase, rent or bring chairs or umbrellas. Beach access from the unit is an easy short elevator ride and walk past pool to get on the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to pick up some groceries and eat at the condo. Also pleanty of options for delivery or dining out. We really enjoyed the balcony in the morning and evenings. Fireworks on Wednesday nights viewable from the balcony was a bonus. Owners are very good with communication.

Nice getaway

The owners and the condo were great. Owners were very quick to respond to my questions during our stay. The place was very comfortable and had led lights which my kids loved. The property around the location wasn't the cleanest. Lots of trash and bad smells. Inside the condo was wonderful tho. The elevators were a pain. The only thing inside the condo that needed improvement was the beach accessories. I told the owner about the beach chairs and he was very appreciative of me bringing it to his attention so he could replace them. Would definitely stay again and recommend to people.

There was a lot packed into this tiny package. Our family of 4 was very comfortable during our stay. The full kitchen was perfect for our long beach days. The access to the beach was perfect and the kids loved the pools at the resort. The host had excellent communication, proving us with detailed information prior to our stay.

Family vacation

The condo is well apportioned and updated and very well taken care of. The beds are comfortable and it was wonderfully clean. The property manager was really responsive and helpful. The complex itself is pretty dated as is the surrounding area of Myrtle Beach, but access to the beach is great and the beach in the area was awesome. There isn’t a real common area/living room or separate kitchen table area in the condo which was the only thing that wasn’t overly clear from the photos.

Beachfront stay

Great view very clean condo . The afternoon breeze made it little cool to use the balcony. Easy access to the elevators and the parking garage. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Only downside was some evenings the adjoining condos and halls were noisy

The unit is great! The bldg is old. The unit is good for a family. It’s updated and clean. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. I would rent it again.

As Advertised

This place was exactly as you see in the pictures perhaps even better. The property manager was great to communicate with and everything was positive with only one exception. The resort itself was very dirty and doesn’t have enough elevators. That said, the room itself was very clean and updated.

Great location!

The location to the beach and boardwalk was amazing! The view of the ocean from the balcony was spot on. However, the pictures of the condo/ format were a little misleading. Had a little difficulty in parking, finding parking passes and getting checked in, but was ok after that.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful experience, very clean and close to everything. Communication with the owner was great and they kept us informed if anything was happening in the resort. It was a little smaller than expected but we were barely in the condo. Only complaint which had nothing to do with the owner of the condo was the elevators. There were only 2 out of the 4 elevators working so there was lengthy wait times, but that’s a resort issue.

4th of July Family Vacation

The view from the balcony is amazing! The sunrise breath taking and the beach wasn’t super crowded. The resort is run down, the indoor pools were down for 3 days but we wouldn’t have used them anyway, they were very over crowded and didn’t look very clean. The outside pool we did use a couple times the lazy river outside was also closed for 2 days but once it was back up, it was basically just a pool, it did not take you around like a lazy river would do. The manager of the property was very easy to in touch with. The trash removal during the stay was very much an inconvenience, we had to take it down to the ground floor and throw it away in the dumpster by parking structure. We were also only provide a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, the trash bags in the cans were the only ones we had and 2 rolls of paper towel, we obviously had to go out and purchase these items, since are stay was 6 nights. However, we did have a nice family vacation but I don’t think we would stay at this ABNB/resort again.

Disappointing

There were 4 different maintenance men that came during my stay to fix a broken A/C. I could not leave my room because I did not trust them and the work was lengthy. (One of them entered while we were in the back room and had no idea they were in the front room until a child noticed them inside.) Door code was changed before check-out time, locking us out of the unit before the end of our rental. Host knew family (2 adults, 3 children) was in attendance the entire time, but due to an error on my reservation (only listing 2 adults), they still charged me $200 for a violation. This was even after the host checking the front door camera and knowing my family was with me.
