Arrived a little early and was told by North Beach Realty the Ocean Creek Condo was ready. After arriving the 1st issue was the door lock. Very archaic, but after some help from a painter, entry finally gained. 2nd issue 6 out of the 8 lights in small bathroom were burned out. 1 in main BR. I called North Beach. They said they would send maintenance. They never arrived. Next morning I went to NBR. Their response..You mean no one came! I then added a 3rd issue. All 3 TV's had a very dark picture, barely viewable. I then told their Rep, that I was not going to wait all day for their service man to come. I requested he call me on my cell phone, and I gave her my number, because if I'm on the beach I want to meet him when he gets to the room. My wife & I went to the beach. I got NO PHONE CALL! When we got back to the Condo, he had come and replaced the bathroom bulbs with an assortment of bright and dim bulbs, with no two the same. None of the 3 TV's had been touched. All still very dark. Each time I had dealt with the same Customer Rep at NBR. To say she was NOT Consumer Friendly would be an understatement. We liked the location of the Condo at Ocean Creek, and it was very clean, and in a quiet section of North Myrtle. Most of the people we met were like us, senior citizens and very friendly. I guess this rental experience was a trade off. Oceanfront, quiet location, met some nice people and can now see in the bathroom. However watching TV is a real challenge!
