The host was unavailable all weekend!We had a problem so called ther 800 "emergency" number, which rang to a recording that said to call between 9-5 weekdays. So you're on. your own.Don't rent this place! It is a dump! I only gave it two stars because the view from the balcony is exceptional and the hotel staff is very friendly. Otherwise:* The odor upon entering was unpleasant.* The beds were cheap and uncomfortable.* The bath is dangerously tiny with a slippery beach shower and a sink with very little water pressure.* Paint peeling on the walls and ceiling* Poorly equipped kitchen* Advertised an ice machine on the floor but it was inoperable.* Tiny tvs* Noisy!What made our stay bearable was our being together for Valentines and having fun anyway!

Nothing like the pictured

The property as a whole is fantastic. However the condo is nothing like pictured. There was black mold on every ceiling, especially the bedroom. Large paint chips hanging from the ceiling above the beds. Some fell on my kids. The toilet wouldn’t be quiet for 4 days so that was a bit mind boggling. I was told I could check in early if the cleaners were ready yet they left at 3:10pm yet I wasn’t granted access until 4pm. The tub and shower ran at the same time so you have to take very quick showers… 3-4 minutes tops and you’re done. Hard for conditioner in women’s hair. The pictures made it look so very good yet in person it was terrible.

Lots of room for the price

This property had lots of room for sleeping and couldn't beat it for the price. There are a few minor issues and check in however the property manager responded immediately and handle our issues over all a wonderful stay

Great Resort!

We loved our 5-night stay here. The resort offers so many options that we never wanted to leave. The pools and lazy rivers were very clean, and both poolside bars had wonderful drinks and food! The condo itself had a nice kitchen and fantastic balcony views. The sunrises in the morning were spectacular!! The owner was a pleasure to deal with and always quick to respond! We only have one complaint about the condo, and that is the living room furniture was very uncomfortable so it was hard to watch tv or movies at night. But aside from that I wouldn’t change a thing. It’s really a gem on the beach! This is our 3rd time staying at this resort and we’ll definitely be back next year because it has everything!

Family Vacation

Overall the resort was nice, the room was clean, easy to access having a keypad entry. Lots to do with kids there and many activities close by. Two complaints I have is the tub did not drain well at all and the amount of marijuana smell that was throughout our resort was significant, we couldn’t sit out on our balcony at night with our kids without smelling it.

Nice location, but a few areas of improvement

Nice location and amenities! We have stayed at this resort several times- all being with a private owner, but different condos. Plenty of towels and beds and furniture were nice. We stayed the week before Memorial Day so it was very nice, quiet and low-key. Check-in was very simple. There was a water leak somewhere in the tower and the water was shut down for about an hour. I called the management company and received a call back within 30 minutes. I also messaged them a couple times before arriving and they always replied with a timely response. Areas of improvement: 1. The floors were barely swept. When we arrived you could feel sand still all over the floor. Please sweep and mop prior to another guest. I don’t believe anyone has swept behind the bathroom door for months- a pile of sand, rubber bands for braces, etc. behind there. I will add that no carpet is a plus. I swept the floor with the broom in the unit when we arrived. 2. When I got my check-in email it stated that the unit was for sale and that at any time, there could be possible buyers visiting the unit. This needs to be shared prior to booking. 3. Shower drain didn’t drain well. When taking showers, we stood in water. All things that could be done easily the next go around. Having mentioned all these items, we would stay again.

Great Location!

Everything was great! The ocean front view was Beautiful! The room was clean and the towels were stocked! Lots of things to do, hotel is in a perfect location! Everything that was said to be in the room, was. My only complaint would be that only two elevators were working in the Dominican section-made for a longer wait and the carpets needed to be vaccumed or cleaned -lots of debris outside of the room, made the walk to the room feel like the hotel was not up to cleaning standards. All in All our trip was Amazing and would recommend this resort for the price and VIEW and location!!

Oceanfront condo

Condo was not clean at all. Had to clean the stove, wipe down the counters sweep the floor and vacuum. Even had to sweep the balcony. Sheets had stains on them and some towels had stains on them as well. Had a strong odour of stale smoke inside the living room and kitchen which is not good for someone with asthma. I would not stay in the condo again.

Poor cleanliness

The place was great location. Everything was great. Other than the fact that being a cleaning business owner myself. The cleanliness of the place was very poor. I would not stay here again just because the place is not up to my expectations. If people are coming in a lot that place should be cleaned from top to bottom more than what it is. Our balcony was dirty, windows were dirty, inside cabinets were dirty, baseboards were dirty, their were food stains on the carpet, the stove and refrigerator should be moved out every once in a awhile and be cleaned underneath, under our beds were dirty. Great area to be in but I like a clean place to stay in for a week.

BEST VALUE ON THE BEACH!!!

This property was immaculate and had an amazing ocean view! The customer service was outstanding! The location is excellent. Short walking distance to whatever you need. We spent 4 days here and didn’t want to leave! Will be booking again soon!
