Location was good. Water leak in condo was disappointing and very inconvenient because it was causing the floors in master bedroom to be wet.

Everything was well stocked with what we needed to use. We had plenty of room for everyone and was close to the car show for us. The only slight downside was that in the pictures for the room with the twins beds made it look a lot bigger than it was in person. We did have someone with us that was taller than the twin size bed but thankfully there was a pullout sofa that was plenty of room.

The condo was clean, nicely furnished and had excellent views. A few more supplies in the kitchen would have been nice. Most units I’ve stayed in had coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar and a left over assortment of sandwich baggies, foil, Saran Wrap, dishwasher detergent, spices for cooking etc. This unit only supplies one packet of dishwasher detergent and one roll of paper towels.

When I got there there were puddles of water in master bedroom, kitchen, and hallway. There was a hole in the wall in the living room. When I called Luxury Rentals, they told me there was a leak and they will refund my money but there are no other properties available. I had no notification ahead of time. So my family had no where to stay. We drove 10hrs and had no where to go. We lost an entire day looking for another place to stay and had to pay more money. Luxury rentals only refunded my money for unit, they did not give me compensation for my troubles of having to find a new place, loss of a day with my family, or the additional money I had to play for a new place. It showed me they did not care. I will not rent through them again.

Property is well maintained and in a good location. Staff were avaliable for questions or concerns. We only had to reach out one time and they were attentive. We will book this spot again!

Great family location

Our family of five had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and well appointed. Perfect views from the two balconies. Management company was very communicative. We had no issues. Would be happy to stay at the Palms again.

Nice stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only gave 4 stars because the one balcony door is very difficult to open and the handle is falling off. Grab bar in one of the showers keeps falling out and could present safety hazard. However, we would definitely stay here again!

My favorite "perch" was the balcony off of the master bedroom with a sturdy poly material high top table with lifeguard chairs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. From majestic sunrises to a perfect set of interactions with the management staff, it was wonderful, easy and convenient. The location is breathtaking alone but the condo was well outfitted, clean and bright. I absolutely loved being here and will be back... and it will be at THIS spot!

Nevertheless, some things in the condo needs to be repared like the patio doors (very difficult to open and close), the water don’t go fast enough in the bath, one of the lazyboy don’t smell good and maybe needs a little « febreeze ».

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with a great 10th floor view. Minor repairs should be done such as fixing the door handle/lock on the patio door. Most of the drains were slow draining or clogged. Very few basic items were issued such as 1 trash bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, no coffee filters, ext. so plan on brining all of that stuff yourself. Still a great trip, but property could use some attention.

Washing machine and dryer smells bad.The sliding door handle was broke. We left and came back and someone had been in our room and fixed it. Not a big deal but would have liked a heads up. Unprofessional in my opinion.
