The condo was clean and the view is great. This is a high rise building and the exterior and common areas are a bit dated, but it worked fine for our purpose. The fitness center doesn’t open until 9am, which is problematic if you need an early morning workout. Several restaurants and coffee stores in easy walking distance.

Excellent unit-well appointed with supplies for the Keurig, comfortable bed, soft linens and a beautiful ocean view. We were greeted with a personal note and bottle of wine too which was a wonderful touch. Erin was very responsive (we had no issues just a question or two) and great to work with. We’d definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect for our stay, it had everything we needed & more. Even though the weather wasn’t on our side, the view of the beach/Ocean was spectacular. Check-in was made simple by providing us with the parking code & door codes before our arrival.They were quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend.

The building needs updates and one elevator broke all down all week. Stairs need cleaned bad. Smelled like people had been peeing in the stairs..condo was nice and clean though

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 7 nights. We received a message before arriving with all the information needed for check in, which was very easy. Parking is so convenient with the garage in the front part of the building. The room was clean and comfortable. Some bonus items such as beach towels, chairs and an umbrella were a pleasant surprise! The view was amazing.

The Condo was great, clean and updated. The property itself not so much. Lots of updating needed. We chose this place because of the pool bar so we wouldn’t have to leave. Very disappointed with that portion of it as well. Not so convenient.

2025 Myrtle Beach Trip

The communication with David and Erin is great. They are quick to reply and keep you up to date. The room was clean and tidy. All the amenities we needed were provided. I loved the location of this room. Zero complaints. I would definitely return for our next trip. Thanks again!

This was our yearly vacation

This is our first time staying at Myrtle Beach for vacation, but we've stayed at other locations surrounding it. This condo absolutely exceeded our expectations and is as advertised.It was clean (no bad smells) and the kitchen and supplies were nice for anyone choosing to cook. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of other amenities provided for our other needs. The ocean views from the 15th floor were beautiful and relaxing. Spending time on the beach was great, but the condo had several pool options and the drive for other entertainment, restaurants and shopping were only a few minutes away. One very important aspect of staying in a condo you've never stayed before is that we felt safe our entire stay here (that was huge).The hosts David and Erin were amazing and communicated with us from the time we booked the condo and even more as it got closer to the time for our vacation to begin. Once we arrived, they made sure we had everything we needed and if not (which wasn't the case) but would've been willing to make sure we had it. We would highly recommend this vacation getaway!

Just two things I would recommend to put a safety box because I didn’t feel secure about my belongings. Then I paid for two queen beds, but I only found one king bed and a sofa. The booking was supposed to be for six people, but it could only accommodate four.

The unit was everything as described in the property listing. The owners were quick to communicate and the property was clean and orderly. My favorite part about our stay was the view. I will definitely return to this location and rent this property again.

Best family vacation

Directions on how to access garage and room codes was provided day before arrival. Easy directions to follow. Parking garage had free parking for visitors. Pools were great, my so. Had a blast in the lazy river and kiddy pool. Pools inside were heated inside which was very nice. Pool deck offered adult beverages which was a huge plus. The place is right on the ocean and view off deck is spectacular. The unit has a large cozy king bed with pull out sofa. Fit family of 4 comfortably. Bathroom is centrally located with an abundance of clean towels provided. Highly recommend place and hosts. On our first day the hosts asked if we were satisfied and kept great communication with us. Thank you for the fantastic accommodations. I will recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Myrtle Beach.

The property is in a great location. The view from the 15th floor was perfect. There were no vacancies during our stay but the complex was very quiet. Most important to me, the bed was very large and comfortable.

The condo was very nice and has an excellent location. Very little need to drive out anywhere, most places of interest for us was within a reasonable walking distance. The host provided superior communication as well as some amenities that made the stay more convenient.
