This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is fully furnished with 1 queen size bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The master bedroom offers 1 queen bed and access to a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. The guest bath is located in-between the kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom also offers a closet, dresser, and cable TV. The bedroom has been updated with a modern wall covering, as well as a barn door! The kitchen is absolutely incredible and features brand new stainless steel appliances, brand new cabinets, and granite counter tops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. There are also bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating. The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. Our guests will enjoy a newly purchased sofa as well a new accent chairs, dining table, and stools. This apartment was beautifully decorated in Spring 2021, and the fresh paint and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The sofa converts to a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access. We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location.
