Very nice view from the high rise. Pools were well managed and security was diligent but not overbearing. Good location right in Myrtle Beach. Rooms were nicely sized for 2 adults and two teenage kids. HVAC worked well as well as all appliances. Good value for the location.

Great place

Loved the view from the balcony to view the ocean. Was a great place to stay many of friendly people around the resort. Close to lots of things to do with the family. The pools are great if you're not found of the ocean. House was great for us we stayed a whole week there. Stewart is awesome to communicate with. I had a question once we got there in within a couple minutes, he called to answer it. Very great all the way around!!

Dissapointed in The Palace 2013, and the owner

We gladly left The Palace resort this morning early after being kept up all night by fireworks and possibly gun shots. There was a heavy police presence for most of the week. The resort halls smelled strong of marijuana most days. The furniture in the unit was dissapointing and we were charged double the cost than if we had contacted The Palace resort directly. Dont recommend this place for families. Will never stay in this area again and would urge others not to. The positive reviews come from the owner, offering a small reimbursement depending on how good your review is. This is bad business, I'd rather warn other families about this bad stay, than to take some of the owners chump change for a good review. Had to buy several items that the unit didnt have such as a shower curtains and pillows.

Great location but condo not as described

I booked this condo based on the great reviews and description provided the owner. The condo was right on the beach with was great. Pool areas were nice. The condo itself was extremely run down: paint was peeling from the ceiling in both bathrooms and the living room, the cleanliness was not the best. While there the lights. The bathroom and the exhaust system died, the owner was very responsive but opted to not fix the exhaust and only fixed the lights. The beds were comfy, the futons in the den are old and very uncomfortable. The decor and furniture as a rule were outdated. Mirrors in both bathrooms were damaged by age and the showers didn’t have shower heads. Mildew was present around both showers. The toilet seats were chipped and old. The kitchen had enough things to do basic cooking. The views are gorgeous and that was the best part. Overall, its a subpar condo with a very misleading description. Updates that may have been done to this condo have not been recent, paint and furniture are old and/or uncomfortable. The bathrooms were gross, tvs were nice and the only new things there. The location and convenience to the beach are unmatched. The entire place needs a renovation to update it and to warrant the 2k price for a week. Very basic condo, not very clean, decor old and or broken.I wouldn’t stay there again but it was a learning experience for next time.

Relaxing Myrtle Beach Spring Break stay

Nice condo overall. Highlight is the 20th story views. Condo is spacious and has everything you need for the week. Lots of activities to do in Myrtle Beach and the Palace is a great place to start your adventure.

Great room for the price

This room met our needs for the week for sure. It was a great deal for the price. The room is a little outdated (furniture, paint, fixtures, etc.) just had an "old motel room" feel to it BUT for a week right on the beach, it was not a big deal at all!

great place!

We had a great time staying at this location because the beach is so close, the balcony is facing the ocean and the condo is exactly as it is described. The owner is VERY responsive, i mean, he responds within seconds with any questions i had. We had an amazing time and definitely will be back! Thank you! Anna

We had a great vacation staying at this wonderful condo

We were in Myrtle Beach for my son’s baseball tournament. We stayed at Stuart’s condo and couldn’t be happier. It was in a perfect location and convenient to everything. We loved being right on the beach, the beautiful views from both balconies and the pool and hot tubs. We also liked that there was a neighborhood Walmart Market a few blocks away. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

The condo itself was nice, the fans didnt work in the bathroom, and some mold around the base of the bathtub. But other wise was clean. The facility is run down, the saunas were closed, the lights didnt work in the gym, no machines worked. 2 of the spas didnt work, the hallways always smelled like cigarette smoke. We were never able to get into the working jacuzzi at night due to massive amount of drunk people, the facility definitely needs cleaned and updated. I would definitely be willing to rent from the landlord again, but probably not at the Palace .

Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, heated pool and hot tub!

The rental was exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the hot tubs and heated pool were awesome. Perfect location, safe, fun, and fantastic view!

Nice view from both balconies!

Upon arrival into the condo, I immediately had to get to the balcony and see the beautiful view of the ocean it offers. I was so excited! The outdoor pools and hottubs at the property were great as well! Loved being on the beach and oceanfront!
