I have over 30 pictures of things. The condo was dirty, trash under beds, cockroach in kitchen cabinet, no vacuum cleaner, dust about 2 inches thick on the baseboards, rack broken in 2nd br shower, no racks on the fridge door and I could go on! The communication of VRBO/VACASA was a joke, all I kept getting was we have put in your request blah blah! Very dirty!!! Food etc left from previous renters also. I have more pictures but it will not allow me to upload them. Extremely disappointed!!!

VACASA no more

A lot of little things happened that affected this review. We did not get an access code and it took 45 minutes to talk to a human for the access code. There was no pool key card in the room so that took two days to get a pool key card and you had to leave a deposit. The wind blew the popcorn ceiling off and we had to keep sweeping it up. All three sinks leaked a little. There was a cigarette butt in an soapdish. There was one tea towel. The kitchen appliances were fine. The dishes were fine. The furniture was nice. The TVs were hard to work, and they lost signals. The deck was outstanding the view was awesome. There was a 6 inch gap between the outside railing and the building where kids or animals could fall right through and we were on the 15th floor and I’ve never seen that before anywhere.

Picture Bait... unit a dump

Dirty, and horrible smell inside unit. I seen other bad reviews and thought I would take a chance because the pictures look good. I wish I would have taken the bad reviews advice. Also if you have kids... you have to look at nice pools on both sides of you, however you only have access to indoor pool and one outdoor pool. The outdoor pool they will kick you out at 8:00 PM Sharp. No options to have access to the better pools.

Really Dirty

There on a 2-night stay. The unit was absolutely nasty when we arrived. Drinks in the refrigerator, food and candy on the carpet. Dirt and food debris in the hallway and bedroom. Hair stuck to the bathroom door. Spill stains and goop on the tile. Dirty hairbrushes left behind. Door onto balcony would not open without super-human strength. Smelly comforter on bed. My wife and I cleaned and vacuumed as much as we could then just decided we couldn’t stay the 2nd night and left early. To Vacasa’s credit, they offered to have the cleaning crew come back out. They asked me to document my comments with photos but I really didn’t want to go to any more trouble. This unit is pricey and my expectation that it would be clean just wasn’t met. I could provide greater detail, but I’m sure you get the idea.

Great condo on the beach

This a a great condo on the beach in a gated community. We have stayed in this unit multiple times and it has been great every time. The unit does need some minor repairs (Leaky faucet in bathroom, toilet runs all the time in main bathroom, one damaged cabinet door in the kitchen), but nothing that detracted from our stay. Really nice place in a great location!

Great location. Needs attention to details.

Check-in and getting into the property was seamless. First impressions: AC works, listing was accurate, layout is nice, bathrooms are clean, all the glass looked dirty in main living rooms (I’m guessing the salt air is the culprit), the light touch on the beachy decor is nice which I like, some furniture is a little outdated, main bedroom furniture had huge dust bunnies, and balcony views are fantastic. I didn’t mind the outdated things, but all three shower heads appeared to not be working properly and the water pressure is horrible. I was not prepared to clean glass and was afraid to make it worse and it bothered me the whole time. We just dealt with it and enjoyed all the other things that were great. Really small outdoor pool closes at 8ish while all other properties around us were open longer. That was a bummer. I’m glad we brought beach chairs and a good beach umbrella. Will bring an umbrella stake next time since it’s super windy. Will also bring flashlights to look for sand dollars at night. The wrap around balcony with chairs and views is worth the price by itself. We had a great time.

Filthy property

The property was filthy and smelled like stale cigarettes. Crumbs on floor, food on furniture and drapes. Hand prints all over mirrors and windows. Dusty, had to buy cleaning supplies and soent first night cleaning as well as having to vacate room due to to the awful smoke smell. Wi-Fi was terrible and we were told we could use fitness center and were turned away by staff. Would never stay here again. Vacasa customer service was awful

Work Hard Play Like Pirates

This is our 2nd time staying here, it’s the best condo! Clean and well stocked. Has the most amazing balcony I’ve ever seen! Can’t wait to come back

Great View, Great Location, and Great Condo

Condo has amazing view and deck space. Condo was easy to access following provided instructions. Condo was very nice and accurately fit descriptions in listing. Indoor and Outdoor pools were both open. Beach is beautiful in front of property and sounds of ocean waves in the condo never gets old. Would definitely want to stay here again when we return. My only issues were trying to contact management company about possibly early check-in, and some minor cleaning that would push this condo over the top.

Overall very nice

This property is very nice. The management company was quick to respond to some minor issues we had when we arrived. Although we found them very responsive and helpful, Two of the problems never got resolved (drain plug in master sink missing. Accidentally lost some medication in the drain. Never fixed. And the toilet handle had to be held down for ten or 15 seconds to properly flush, every time. Never fixed.) both very minor issues but annoying for a 600 a night room after taxes and fees. That being said, we loved the unit. It has the best balcony in Myrtle beach. (Not an exaggeration). We will definitely book this place again.

Relaxing

Loved the condo the balcony was to die for. Was able to communicate w someone about some wall scratches no biggy just didnt want to get blamed for it. Wish wed been more informed on how to rent beach chairs. Otherwise enjoyed so much.

Amazing condo with great views!

We had terrible weather with rain, tornado warnings, and flooding due to the remnants of hurricane Sally coming through. I was so glad to have gotten this awesome condo rather than a smaller hotel room. We ended up spending a lot of time all cooped up so it was nice that we at least had this awesome space. This was my 2nd visit here and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent View and beach.

Exactly the pictures from listing. Everything went smoothly. The only thing was there is dirty dishes in dishwasher from previous guests. It was miner though. We will do it again in future.
