Our weekend stay had clear positives; an easy check-in, plenty of parking, great beach access, and a responsive manager. However, the condo lacked basic attention to detail. Upon arrival, the beverage fridge, a twin bedframe, a beach chair and the coffee maker were completely broken. While management replaced the coffee maker quickly, the other broken items were not addressed during our stay. Because so many things were broken, we naturally began to notice other areas where the condo fell short. The listing advertised towels and linens, but we arrived to find the absolute bare minimum: exactly one bath towel per person, a single shared washcloth per bedroom and one twin bed completely missing a flat sheet. Management did quickly bring us additional linens once we complained, but it felt incredibly thoughtless to have to ask for basics. Furthermore, there were no hand towels in the kitchen, no hand soap in the bathrooms, and not even a single garbage bag lined in the kitchen trashcan. When we raised these concerns we were informed that management does not provide these things and it is the renters responsibility. Though management communicated quickly no compensation or gesture was offered for the broken amenities or the poor experience. It felt like the bare minimum was provided for the price.
