Condo needs new living room furniture and rug. Bare minimum supplies in kitchen. The property is deteriorating and you have to take the garbage a block away to dispose. The amount of vaping and weed smoking wasCrazy. The only well kept area of the building was the pool.

We stayed for 4 nights in July 2025. The unit itself was as described, but the cleanliness and responsiveness of the service from the property management company (for the unit, not the building) left something to be desired. Upon arrival we noticed several areas that had not been cleaned at all (hair on beds, stains on comforters, mildew on shower liner, dust caked on laundry doors) and the storage safe was deemed non-functional and couldn’t be used. Later in the stay we had some cockroaches/palmetto bugs in our bed and around the unit. We followed the instructions on how to request help for the dirty items and alert them of the cockroaches crawling in a bed. They took our comforters and promised to bring them back the next day, but they never came back. They did however, drop off some folded sheets, a few blankets, and a packaged shower liner. We were expected to install the shower liner. No action was taken to help with bugs. Very disappointing for the amount we paid.

Myrtle!

Our family had a fantastic time at The Grande Cayman! The beach was beautiful and just steps away, perfect for relaxing or taking a walk. We loved how lively and safe the area felt — there were always people outside enjoying themselves well into the evening, even around 11 PM.The pool area was a big hit with our family. It had a fun atmosphere with poolside bars and even a Starbucks nearby, which was a nice touch for morning coffee or an afternoon pick-me-up.Our condo was spacious, clean, and had stunning views. It really felt like a home away from home. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in and just enjoy.We would absolutely come back again — great memories and a great stay!

Pretty clean and came with most of what you would need. The sheets in the pull out couch were disgusting but everything else was great, they changed out the bedding the next morning. Beautiful view and close, but not too close to the boardwalk. Overall a great experience.

Excellent property and service

The property was extremely clean and as pictured. Its a good sign when you are welcomed by the smell of cleaning supplies. The hardest part was learning how to lock and unlock the door which was easy once you got the hang of it. There was a very helpful digital handbook that explained all details of the property. The property management company checked on me several times throughout the stay to see of I had any needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for kids!

We had a really good experience at the property! Rooms were clean and exactly as pictured. The resort itself is dated. Swimming pool area is definitely older and is usually crowded. Bar at the pool is very convenient and the Turtle Bay Cafe is great for getting food and drinks to-go for the pool or beach. This is a good place for families who want a little of everything!

Got the job done.

The facilities were fine, but not at the level that I expected based on previous reviews or photos. Cleanliness was less than desired and while the condo had been updated, the facilities themselves were a little dated and in disrepair. Too many choices in Myrtle Beach so I would not stay here again.

Nice Place

The condo was very nice. Exactly as pictured. The resort was nice, but we visited off season so you could see that they were in progress of some updates which is to be expected. Somewhere we read that pool towels were not provided and ended packing our own. This was difficult since we flew in and had limited luggage space. There were towels in the pool area.

Was good but had maintenance issues

When we walked in to our room we found in one bathroom the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall . The toilet seat was ready to fall off. The master bedroom bathroom the light was blinking on and off Thay could not fix that issue and had to deal with it for the 9 nights we were there other then that the stay was fine.
