  • This 14th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 6) is the perfect getaway for your special vacation to Myrtle Beach. Enjoy the magnificent views of the ocean from every room of the 1650 square feet condo which also boasts of the largest balcony in Royale Palms.

    Our guests will enjoy many luxurious amenities, including:

    *Complete access to the Hilton pools - including the ever popular and only sand pool in Myrtle Beach (pool towels provided by poolside)
    *Access to the Owner's Private Pool

    ****UNLIKE SOME RENTALS AT KINGSTON, OUR RENTAL INCLUDES ACCESS TO THE HILTON POOL AND THE TROPICAL POOL COMPLEX at Royale Palms.**** If this benefit is important to you, we recommend you verify access to these pools with other VRBO listings.Please note, to have access to the Embassy Pools, you will need to book directly through Hilton.

    *Poolside Cabanas, Tiki bar with live music, and summer art activities for kids

    If you have ever stayed at Royale Palms, you will agree that this is a premiere location. The Royale Palms is convenient to: shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and Wal-Mart SuperCenter; theaters including The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage (a Dolly Parton company), and Le Grand Cirque to name a few; and restaurants-there are too many to name. If golf is what you're looking for, then look no further. The Grand Strand has ten area courses listed on the prestigious 'America's Top 100 Greatest Public Courses' by 'Golf Digest' magazine.

    Restrictions: No pets, no smoking, and 25 year age requirement.

    Daily maid service is not available. The unit manager is available to assist you with any questions during your stay. Recommendations and suggestions are always welcomed.

    Parking: The Hilton now charges a $20/day fee for parking. A QR code will need to be scanned at the gate upon arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay! We really liked that the unit included access to multiple swimming pools in the complex. The unit was clean, and there were plenty of towels available. Also, it was nice to have laundry in unit.

Can’t wait to come back

We had a great stay! It was exactly as described. The location was great and close to food and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was cold. Having access to the Hilton pools made the stay even better.

Great place for vacation

First time staying on the Hilton side of Kingston and we loved it. The condo has tons of room and fantastic views. Nancy was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We got into town early and the owner let us check in several hours early. They were so kind about it. Very very roomy condo for our family. Would definitely want to stay there again.

The Royale Palms Condominiums are a wonderful location in North Myrtle Beach, tons of things to do and the property offers a great deal with an amazing beachfront. Third year in a row staying here absolutely love it!!!

Exactly as pictured!

Condo was great, huge, clean, modern. Balcony was huge. Pools, hot tubs, tiki bar, Starbucks all exactly as pictured and described! Would definitely go back!

Amazing Time!

We love coming to Myrtle Beach every year. We needed up upgrade our room because we are just getting bigger and we found this place. It was great for a family of 5. Love that is connected to the Hilton so we could use the amenities that the hotel offered. We had a great time and will be coming back here anytime we come down there.

Easy Breezy

This was a beautiful condo with a balcony that is unmatched. Having access to the Hilton was so fun. Live music, poolside drinks and easy ocean access. We would definitely repeat this! Beautiful, clean condo on beach

We loved every part of this condo. It was clean, so spacious, convenient location, on the beach with towel service at the pool and chair and umbrella rental available. There is a shuttle bus that takes you anywhere within a 2 mile radius that worked perfectly for restaurants and groceries. We had a few questions and Nancy was so readily available and willing to help and answer. Love this gem of a place!

Wonderful Experience

The property was great. Loved the huge balcony and location. We went from the pools a few steps right onto the beach. Nancy was great throughout the process. The unit was large and we especially liked the size of master bedroom and bath. Our family would definitely like to stay in Nancy’s unit 1403 again. Thanks for giving us a great place to stay for our mini vacation.

Myrtle Beach Birthday Getaway!

Was looking someplace to spend my birthday with my wife. It was a big one, 62 glorious years. We have booked this particular place previously with Nancy, so I was excited it just happened to be available for our dates. This property is awesome, clean, and just as described and pictures! MB can be as relaxing or wide open as you want it to be. We plan on using Nancy and this property for a long time.

Just what we needed

Our group stayed at Nancy’s place recently. Our plane landed early and Nancy allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. The place was clean and roomy. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was awesome. We could see several pools and the ocean! Wet Whistle was super convenient located right in the heart of the pools and ocean. It has great food and drinks. Check in and checkout was easy. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place in Myrtle Beach

This was our first time renting a vrbo. From the moment I placed our rental to the moment we left, the owner Nancy, was incredible to work with. Any question she answered within moments. The unit itself was clean, beyond spacious for our family of 6 and convenient to everything. The access to the pools and beach was a huge plus. We would not only stay at the unit again we would rent from Nancy everytime!
